Fault with the shoe material, reply back from what is a terrible customer service platform to say “our product is satisfactory”.
I have rang and emailed to follow up and just ignored.
Given the premium price of the product it’s unsatisfactory to get such a poor and indignant customer service.

After receiving the shoes I ordered, I didn't like them, so I returned them to Camper via registered mail. A month later, I received my money back. I'm satisfied with the service.
Camper use yodel to deliver. They say item delivered but it has gone to a random address just says flat 2. Have asked all my neighbours where there is a flat 2 and no one has it. I have not received it. I contacted yodel who were unhelpful. Have now contacted camper and asked for a refund. Waiting for a response. I have spent a lot of money and am obviously concerned. My order number is 4007339899. I have often shopped at camper but if they continue to use yodel they will lose my custom. Very disappointed
Update. I have received a refund after contacting customer services and it did come through quickly

Bought a pair of Helena black leather shoes. Worn it on the first day, and only after couple of hours the feet started hurting. The sole felt very sore, and little toe hurt terribly. Unfortunately I was at work and could not take it off. I was literally dragging my leg and feet to walk back home. Ended up having a big blister on the little toes too.
Complained to the Camper's customer service. Reply is that they inspected the photos of the shoes and that they are NOT defective hence nothing they can do.
I would not expect Camper shoes to be that uncomfortable in many ways, let alone this is not even a pair of pointed high heel. So to me, this pair of shoes is DEFECTIVE.
Last but not least, this is not my first pair of Camper so I know my size well.
UPDATE 6 Oct - On 28 Sep, I received a request from Camper to give them more details of my order. Done, but no reply. Nice.

Order not received despite being out for delivery and someone in the house all day. The yodel directed to contact Camper which I tried to do several times, just got an automated AI response that did not help at all. When I tried to reply to email to direct it to a customer service rep as it directs to do I got a failed delivery email.
Seems like the system is set up so you can't get any sort of customer service.
These shoes were supposed to be a birthday present but I wish I hadn't bothered.
My order number is 4007344989, this is already in several emails I sent that were answered by bots.

I was waiting at home all day for my delivery, and my apartment has a 24/7 staffed concierge desk. Despite this, Canpar falsely marked my package as “recipient not at home.”
No phone call, no notice, no real delivery attempt. When I called customer service, they told me I had to pay an extra $10 for redelivery. Only after I firmly complained and threatened to escalate did they agree to redeliver without charge.
This kind of service is unacceptable. It makes customers lose trust not only in Canpar but also in the retailers who use them. Retailers should seriously reconsider working with Canpar if they care about their customer experience.

Great disappointment. Wish I read all this comments before I made the order, but I never had a thought that their services could be so terrible.
I've made an order on 9th of September. And still have not received it. Camper put the wrong address! And guess what? After a few letters thaey toldw about that and ask me to text the correct address ( trust me on my order everything is correct)!
I just don't understand, how it can be, how so big companies can work like this. If I will work like you, Camper, probably I will die from a hunger.

The webpage won't allow me to type into the card number window to make an online order. Called the phone number provided - waited 30 minutes for someone to answer and this person said, "I don't know, try refreshing the window or deleting cookies." I asked for further guidance, as I'm older and not a whiz at using the computer, and her response was, "I don't know how to explain it." I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she said, "you can try calling back." Then she hung up on me.

I bought sandals Nada Camperlab and they are a complete disappointment. As beautiful as they are, they are just as uncomfortable. They tore all the skin off my feet. I bought these shoes in Ukraine through answear.ua and they don't want to understand why the shoes are impossible to wear. I wrote directly to the manufacturer Cemper Lab and unfortunately no one here wants to understand the problems with the shoe design. 160€ to the trash.
I send email. But nothing changed! No reaction

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CAMPER!!! Ordered a pair of women’s shoes. Was sent a completely different pair of shoes, men’s sneakers. It took 4 weeks and multiple emails for their customer service to do anything. When they did respond, they told me to return the shoes to them, more time of my spent for their mistake, no apology, nothing about sending me the actual shoes I had ordered. The most appalling and time consuming experience I have ever had! There is no phone number to call either. Shocked by this experience.

I was given a DHL Express tracking number on September 8. For 5 business days there were no progress on the tracking. Upon contacting customer service, I was given the typical AI response. After I replied to that email, I was told that my package is currently with the customs authorities in my country and the tracking information will be updated once the package has successfully passed through the customs procedure. I know that this is not true, it's not the first time I have DHL delivery. I should be able to see the progress with the tracking from the origin. Then I replied to this customer service email again, there's no name, just a code 43EGP7-VGNP4, to either give me their special tracking number that they can see where my package currently is (which I don't see with my DHL tracking number) or provide me with a screenshot of the current status of my package. No reply after that.
At the same time, I also contacted DHL customer service and was told that the shipper has not given the package to DHL yet.

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMANY
If there was a negative star rating Camper would get it.
The shoes I bought as a birthday present for my husband's birthday 7th July fell apart with a month.
I complained to Camper, with photographs and were told there was nothing wrong with the shoes manufacture and they would do nothing but give me 20% voucher to use.
I replied wanting to escalate this to an official complaint and they have not responded.
It's only now I have seen the reviews when Googling Camper Complaints contact details.
The tone of their emails is offensive , I would recommend not buying form this company.

I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience. The camper utilized YODEL, whose driver failed to deliver my parcel. INPOST staff, including someone named Adam, misled me with a false pick-up code, amounting to a scam. The camper has no contact number, rendering their service completely useless. I have wasted my time, money, and energy, and I regret not checking Trustpilot prior to making this purchase.

Over the years I have purchased a number of Camper shoes and boots. While I have had some issues (e.g. glue failing on sneakers, and one pair of shoes completely disintegrating) the fit has always been good. But not with my most recent purchase - Peu Pista Goretex boots. They are incredibly difficult to get on - the top opening is too narrow and has no "give". Even when using a shoe horn I struggle to get my foot all the way into the boot - a very poor design.
At Camper's request in response to my original post, I provided additional information about my order. Disappointingly there has been no follow-up from Camper.

Ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and they were dispatched pretty quickly. A week after ordering still no sign of them and the tracking information said there was a delay with delivery and to contact the seller. I contacted Camper a week ago and have yet to have a response. I contacted the delivery company again today after not having an update on the tracking information for 5 days. Several hours later the information updated to say that my parcel was returned to sender and to contact them. Given I’ve not heard anything from Camper for a week the last time I contacted them. At this point I don’t even want the shoes, just my money back!

i was sent the wrong shoes, when i tried to use the website to return them i kept getting an error and was unable to send any communication to Camper. i tried to call both the US 1-800 line and the 1-877 numbers but the calls would not go through (the 1-800 line was discontinued, and the 1-877 line kept just hanging up or not connecting at all)

Camper's 'response' to my review demonstrates how inadequate their customer service actually is - asking me for my order number when the detail of my review contains enough detail for them to identify it if they actually intended to do so (4007253144).
They evidently don't have a functioning customer service dept or management!

I bought camper shoes for more than 15 years with great enthusiasm and love for your shoes. After a very similar experience last year (very obvious mistake in the manufacturing process and material quality), and the renunciation by the customer service online to replace the shoes, I took the shoes to the shop in Berlin, where they took my shoes back and returned the money. After this at least good experience in person with the service in the store, I decided to buy three more pairs of shoes and kept on recommending your brand to friends, who bought your shoes based on my recommendation.
But this year you really perfected your process in turning down every claim to avoid any responsibility for your flawed products. Is it greed? See what happened to companies who prioritize greed and profit over service and quality (Boeing is just one example). They loose the most important feature a company can have: trust in their products and services.
It is outrageous. Camper turned in my experience from a quality brand with good customer service to the most crappie company in every regard.
So sad. But the three pairs I bought at campers last year were the last ones ever.
I’ll have to share my opinion and experience to save my friends and colleagues from being tricked by your company, as well as my social media environment.

I paid for shoes in-store to be delivered as they didn't have stock. Camper's tablet wouldn't let me put in my unit number, just my street number. I added my unit number to the delivery instructions. Australia Post tracking showed it couldn't be delivered due to no unit number, and would be returned to sender. When I took this up with Australia Post, they said there were no delivery instructions on the label. I was notified by Aust Post that package had been delivered back to sender, while Camper notified me that the package had been delivered to me! I have repeatedly contacted Camper through online Contact explaining all this, that I have not received the package and they should have it. No response. Very frustrated and disappointed. I love my Camper shoes but will not go through this again.

Two different shoes in the box and both for the same foot.
Both seemed like they had been worn or tried on a lot.
Sending back (obviously) but annoyed at the hassle considering such an obvious mistake.
Will be interesting to see how long the refund costs. Annoyed at even having to take my time up returning to store or to post office.
I will not buy from again and frankly due to the hundreds of bad reviews and terrible overall rating am surprised they are even still in business.
Terrible - and all the replies on here saying they are sorry but nothing seems to have changed does it? Appalling conduct by a once well respected company.
