Great experience, the bouquet was, an several days later, still is beautiful. Delivery bang on time. I recommend fully this service.

I ordered online and got email confirmed with delivery time and place for the funeral, but flowers never get delivered. I tried to call and email, but nobody answered. I have no choice but call credit card company to dispute charges. This is a terrible experience to deal with is scam company and very upsetting for being no flowers at the funeral home.

They came on time and in beautiful presentation. Surpassed my expectations as I ordeeed them the day before. Will def be using them again

To be honest quite dissapointed. The fact there is no tracking. No notifcation stating flowers were out for delivery and the estimated delivery time being an 8 hour window is crazy. After speaking to someone the day of delivery and being assured I would be notified once the flowers were delivered, I was not notified for two days after they had been delivered. On top of this the flowers looked nothing like what was pictured. I understand some variation is likely but the delivered product looked nothing like what was pictured or what I was expecting. Had I know this would be what was delivered I would never have ordered them.

Your on line communication was superb, as was the delivery. My friend was so happy with the flowers and displayed them them, at her catered, birthday dinner, that evening.

I was called as the delivery date I wanted was a holiday in Ontario. Nice young man gave me 2 options for delivery.

I made a mistake on the delivery date when ordering online. I called to ask if I could change it, and they were very accommodating. The delivery was for a different city than that in which I live; my friend sent a picture of the flowers and they were just beautiful. I was extremely pleased, as was she, after having had a serious surgery. I would definitely use this florist again.

I ordered a tall double stemmed cymbidium orchid, a particularly unique and beautiful type. Instead, and without consulting me, this company sent a much inferior phaleanopsis which I could have ordered from DoorDash for a quarter of the price I paid.
When I complained I was told to refer to their substitution policy! That’s it that’s all.

Recipient was pleased with the flower arrangement and birthday balloon. Recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement and I agree that it was very lovely ☺️

The options were endless and the final choice was delivered right on time and more beautiful than I ever expected. My Mum was thrilled with the arrangement.

The process of ordering was very easy and they were able to get our purchase delivered on time with short notice. The flower arrangement was beautiful and the bear that went along with it made it very special for the person who received it. Will definitely be ordering from Canada Flowers again.

Some of the flowers were wilted when they arrived (for my wife on our 43rd anniversary) and the rest wilted within two days. I would expect a bouquet for this price ($108) would last about a week. Canada Flowers were not all helpful when we complained. Initially, they refused to correspond at all with my wife, since she was not the purchaser. To be fair, they replied to me quickly -- to say they would do nothing more than an insulting 15% offer on my next order (as if I would ever make one!) I will never use this company again and I urge others to avoid them. I am not a habitual complainer. I am not in the habit of posting bad customer reviews. This is the first such review I have posted in many years (I am 68). I do not doubt that other customers have had good experiences with this company (though I see that 33% have posted reviews like mine). I recognize that the company orders from local florists and that the local vendor might be at fault in my case. But Canada Flowers has been unhelpful in resolving a problem for which they have ultimate responsibility. I do not like writing bad reviews and it takes a lot to make me take time out of my day to write one. Canada Flowers managed to bring me here. No mean feat.
