A simple package from Mississauga to Kingston, ON. and Canada Post can't even get it right. It has been saying "Expected delivery Today, 9 am to 1 pm." for the last 4 days. Can't get a hold of anyone by phone, just an automated system that doesn't work. I cannot believe taxpayers have to fund a service this terrible. If this were a private company, it would have been bankrupt long ago.

Package sent from overseas with some sport jerseys came damaged and a small item extra send from the seller got stolen under canada post care. To be honest could also happened while it was under canada customs review. However a complain was made 4 weeks have passed now , still waiting to hear from Canada post with some kind of acknowledgement. This crown corporation living his last days. Subpar service and non existent customer service.

If someone pays another $30 extra for a package to be delivered express means that they really need it there ASAP. What am I gonna do with a refund if a gift package is getting there 5 days after a birthday?😂 give them the extra $30 they refunded me as extra birthday gifts?😂 Lol, I always make the same mistake of trusting Canada Post again.. and it always disappoints me. At least the agents are nice tho!!

I paid almost $20 for a single 8 1/2 x 11 page with two business day delivery from Simcoe County to Toronto . Delayed?????
What a disgrace!

I asked for a replacement key for my mailbox on 27th April 2026.The lock was changed on 29th April and the delivery notice was given to me same day, which states that I can collect the keys at the post office next day after 1300 hours. Today is 5th May, and still no key at the designated post office. Privatize Canada post now.

Why does Canada Post even exist? People are better off using FedEx or UPS. Canada Post is a waste of Canadian tax payer’s money. But hey, like most government employees, they are useless and get paid the big bucks for it. That’s our world today. No consequences for the unionized workers. They should’ve let them dry up on their last strike.

Packages are never delivered, only pickup notices left. This has been going on for 2 years with the same postie. Have complained 3 times with no resolution. Confronted the postie and he lied to my face that he always tried to contact me before leaving pickup notice which never happens. CP needs a complete overhaul.

Don't even bother saying package will arrive by the end of the day. Theres always some sort of issue with these guys.
Charge out the ass to expedite packages and it takes the same amount of time to deliver.
How can it arrive in town and not show up the same day, when I can drive a circle around my town in 5 minutes?

I was constantly told that my package would arrive at end of day the following day when i entered the tracking number, but this went on for over a week with no package delivered and well past the estimated delivery date - then the tracker started telling me there was a delay due to a transportation delay. (a delay due to a delay)

After fighting with an AI over the phone trying to give it a simple tracking number verbally, i was finally put through to a live person, who really couldn’t provide any more information about what happened to my package, but at least filed for an investigation.

The investigation concluded, Canada Post had determined about s month into delivery that the product was not scanned and therefore no delivery had taken place (my product had not been delivered because it had not been delivered).

Writing to the ombudsman was equally useless because rather than receive an explanation as to why my shipment had been lost, he/she/it replied that since i was not the sender I could not request compensation - something i never asked for!

No wonder this company is in financial trouble.Their service is unbelievably terrible,from their tracking to their to the speed something moves across the country,Would not use but did nit have a choice from the sender. Seven days with no tracking update and could have walked it as far as it has moved.Brutal.

I sent a package with Canada Post to Belgrade, Serbia. On the receipt stated: will arrive in 9 days or I would get a refund. It is already a month, never arrived and no refund because it is stuck in Serbia's customs. So NO REFUND. What a disgrace! Had to send it again, this time with DHL and it arrived just fine in 4 days. NEVER EVER USE CANADA POST for international destinations. USELESS!!!!

As a business we have to send out 4 to 5 registered letters that we pay 14.39 for each. It is GUARANTEED Canada Post will lose at least 1 of these letters. This month we only had to send out 2 letters. Canada Post lost 1. Go to track the letter, put in the number .... surprise surprise. NO record of the number. WORST service ever

These folks just can NOT do their job! I get packages weekly and veryy rarely does it go the way its supposed to. Package dropped off at postal facility on monday, 3 days later finally in transit..... 3 days to scan the pkg and put it on the truck? Cmon man.. they just dont care, no wonder theyre getting shut down. This happens regularly. But i cant dogg my man dean, he's the MAN! the mail man lol. Give that guy a raise.

Canada Post is brutal they should be sold or dismantled and given to someone else

these guys should just shut down goin on strike to ask for money but theyre just horrible ive never had a smooth experience them late messed up deliveries and employees have no customer service skills just a matter of time before it shuts down good riddance

Canada post in prince george does not view mail theft as a federal crime anymore and does nothing to enforce it.

Bought $40 of stamps to be delivered instead of going to the post office because I'm old with a disability.

They came to within 100 ft of me to leave a note for me to pickup my order at the drug store.
Truly unbelievable CRAP service.
Never give Canada post ANY business.

Expect your mail to disappear unless you pay for a tracked package. That's what happened to the last couple of things I mailed.
