Mis-Gendered By Rude Canada Post Agent

I called into Canada Post yesterday and was called Madam by the agent at least THREE TIMES after I told him I was a sir and NOT a madam. He kept calling me madam at least three times after I corrected him which was rude and disrespectful.

Same package lost twice

Same package lost twice. First one said "delivered" when it wasn't. Second had a delivery date change to item delayed and then lost. No follow up on either "service ticket" from them. They just don't care one bit about whether or not you get your package because they are so far underwater financially and so antiquated in terms of tracking and customer service. Tragic really that the national postal service of Canada is just a big joke now.

You wonder why packages go missing and…

You wonder why packages go missing and get stolen? Because the "new" workers are asking questions like "how much is your package worth" and "what is your package"...asking private information. I lost a $300 package due to this. Don't ever trust a "new" worker.

Why pay for delivery when they dont deliver???

Lets start off by saying that this companys employees have been on strike so many times its not even funny wanting absolutely ridiculous things! Maybe the workers should learn to do their jobs properly for the pay they get now. I dont pay 30 dollars for shipping so I can pick up my package at the post office! I live in a secure building with a parcel box and a mailbox yet they leave a slip and now I must wait another day plus get done work early enough to be able to pick it up! This happens far too often! We cannot get rid of this service in Canada fast enough!

Lie from Canada Post & expected mails gone missing since my complaint

Further to my Feb 25/26 post with Trustpilot concerning a possibly all lazy & avoid delivery concern about a no parcel delivery experience I had with Canada Post a month ago, & this "James" person at Canada Post call centre told me " the local depot supervisor would call me "on or before March 2" (LIE!)

Well, you guess all correct, NO ONE EVER CALLED WHATSOEVER FROM CANADA POST WHOEVER!

Moreover, it has been noticed by me that since about the same date I posted my complaint about Canada Post, at least 3 known & expected regular mails supposedly by Canada Post has not been received at all. Not to mention, unknown number of my Canada Post delivered mails has possibly disappeared without my knowledge since about Feb 20/26.

Canada Post has my personal information when I called & complained to this "James" person on Feb 20/26 as they demanded such information in order to process my complaint, & so on.

If someone at Canada Post is indeed stealing or preventing some of my mails from reaching me, I believe that is an open violation of not only the Canada Post Corporation Act but also the Criminal Code of Canada & breach of trust.

Canada Post

Canada Post: peak crown-corp incompetence. Can't haul a damn envelope from BC to Alberta without 'delays,' ghosts, and vanishing acts—while my Temu crap lands quicker than a Trudeau photo-op. Overpriced, understaffed, lost twice, 'tracking' that's just a joke. If this is Ottawa's idea of 'essential service,' no wonder the whole country's stuck in molasses. One star. Burn it down. Everyone quit

The Feds cannot shut them down soon…

The Feds cannot shut them down soon enough for my liking. I handed a package off to them for delivery to the UK on February 6, 2026 with an expected delivery date of February 17, 2026. It’s now March 17, 2026 and the recipient still does not have the package first off the package was routed to the US instead of the UK. Next we discover that the shipping label created had the wrong address on it. When they were creating the shipping label they were having trouble finding the address in the system as it turns out they entered the postal code incorrectly and the recipient is trying to track the package down in London. Contacting Canada Post is pointless all you get are empty apologies but no solutions.

My package the prairie traveller

My package shipped from China to ON faster than it is in Canada! My parcel has been touring the praises for over a week, spent 2 days in Winnipeg (i live an hour outside of Winnipeg) before CP decided it should go to Yorkton first, then Regina, spent 3 days there before even thinking about coming back east. Took 3 days to make the 6 hour drive back to Winnipeg, spent another 2 days there, now it is supposedly in my towns post office awaiting delivery but it has to sleep over the night there before maybe I'll get it tomorrow. Would give ZERO starts but its not an option. Mail moved faster when they were striking.

The worst company

I’ve been sitting at home all day waiting for a package! The doorbell works fine, no problem. The Canada Post delivery person was too lazy to ring or knock on the door!!! They just left a notice that I have to pick up the package at the post office!!! Worst delivery company ever! Expensive, unreliable, and full of problems! Go to hell, you jerks! Too bad you can’t give a negative star rating for these scoundrels!!!

The absolute worst delivery service

The absolute worst delivery service in this country. The fact that it's our national parcel service is a joke. They can't get anything right. Everything is late. It's too expensive. Customer service doesn't exist. Boycott this corrupt company at all costs.

Two lost packages in a month

Two lost packages in a month. The first was never scanned. The second, which was sent from Ontario to Quebec, got sent to BC (?????) and is stuck in limbo. I'll never do business (or with someone that do business) with them ever again. They are a loss of taxpayer money and hopefully will disappear, the sooner the better. What a bunch of incompetent slugs.

Canada Post has now in their wisdom …

Canada Post has now in their wisdom decided not to put the flag up on your mailbox when you have mail as of about a month ago. Not a big deal however they should STOP mail delivery Totally and we can pick our mail up at the nearest Post office. Everyone has to go to a town/city for groceries and etc each week anyways. Get rid of all those group mailboxes all over the place too. That should save some money that is totally wasted on home delivery.
