First time shopping at this company
First time shopping at this company. I saw what I wanted online and went to the store to see my choices. I spoke to the rep and told him what I wanted and he showed me to the items ,they weren't high end with extras but good quality relatively basic appliances. He did not try to upsell me , I knew what I wanted and he respected that. Transaction was completed and delivery set up in less than 1 hour. First delivery was 2 days later and the second, because of none in stock was a week later. Both deliveries went smoothly and cartons taken away.
All around good service and would recommend them to others.

Great service in Dorval
The salesperson (John McCormick) was helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated promptly via email and on the phone. With regards to delivery, there was a possible delay for 1 appliance but in the end John was able to have all 3 appliances delivered on the same date, as initially promised. It was much appreciated.
The delivery team was professional and polite.

They had exactly what I needed as featured on their website at a great price. Seeba our sales rep was spot on with info & details! Even loved the $8.00 fee to take away the garbage...After the flood the last thing I wanted was more garbage. Delivery was on time, install was flawless.
