Amazing customer service!!!

From the moment i walked into the showroom all staff were friendly, knowledgable, polite and also very patient when i couldn't decide on the colour of my front door 😬.

Alex came to my property and he was very lovley, i pre warned him about my crazy dog and he wasn't phased at all. Even though she was jumping all over him he still was able to mesaure all my windows and doors with ease.

The fitters arrived on time and were very professional throughout with very minimal disturbance. Despite this mini heatwave we are having they just cracked on with the job.

I would recogmmend C&L windows everytime to anyone looking who is looking at getting their windows or doors replaced.

Used C & L Windows and few times now, and nothing is ever to much for them. Always great service

2 breaches of health+safety,broken bathroom tiles & a team that don't listen to the customer.Had 4 windows changed & asked for EVERYTHING to be changed from brown to white.Despite even pointing to the cills,my cills were not replaced.Apparently that was my fault for not saying I wanted the cills changed.Salesman's fault for not guiding me.Had 2 broken bathroom tiles & wasn't even told.My kids almost cut themselves before I found them.Was without child restrictors for 2 wks when we have a disabled child.When asking for what I asked for & threatening a negative review I was accused of blackmail! Trim was used to hide the broken tiles but shouldn't have happened in the first place. Use Albany Windows. Cheaper and better experience.

Really couldn’t has asked for a better company to install a new front door for my home.
After having a local, high pressure sales company over to give a quotation, I went to C&L after seeing an advert in ‘The Local Answer’ which states no pressure sales!
The quote process was very easy with Louise and I placed my order fairly quickly after.
When my door arrived, I had two very polite gentlemen fitting. They cleaned up inside and out. They were superb and conscious I was working from home.
The whole process of buying and fitting my door was easy and highly professional. I absolutely love my new door and have already recommended C&L to family.

Was over the moon with the whole process from design to completion. All the staff are easy to work with, were tidy and considerate. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Only phoned C and L 30 minutes ago. Engineer has arrived, found the problem and sorted it out already. Brilliant service.

Fitters arrived on time, protected the carpets and proceeded to fit the windows efficiently and without fuss. They worked together and ensured I was happy with their work at all stages. I am delighted with the windows and my family are also very impressed with the result

This company is first rate! the cost was competitive, the installation was undertaken on time. The install team were polite and left no mess following the installation. Overall a very well executed installation. I would recommend C&L Windows to anybody.

Very satisfied with the workmanship and service given

I found C&L a very easy company to deal with and most importantly, their standard of workmanship was excellent. We had a large project completed and the team we extremely professional, tidied up each day- I cannot fault that. We are delighted with the results and would recommend. The only area for improvement would be on the communication between tradesmen and the office- this could have been better.

From my initial discussion meeting to visiting the salesroom to having my doors and windows fitted I found C&L Windows nothing but friendly, helpful and professional.

I had 14 windows and 2 doors to replace in my house. The work was completed to a very high standard of finish and workmanship such that no decorating touch-ups were necessary. Over five days there were usually three people working in and around our house during a spell of cold weather. They gave us a clear daily schedule and were always conscious of us having our space and warmth. Each day they laid sheets for their routes between work areas. They cleaned up thoroughly after replacing each window or door. During the front door replacement they willingly buried an electric cable that was previously exposed. I found them totally trustworthy and obliging.

The price of the job seemed very good value. Visiting the showroom was very useful. Their salesman and admin are very professional and efficient. A subsequent call-out request to resolve a problem was dealt with quickly and without a fuss.
