From start to finish we experienced a very high level of customer service to accompanying the prompt fitting of a bespoke front door. Very pleased indeed.

Have used this company twice. Cheaper than those big companies
that say they offer everything.

Having undertaken a fairly thorough review of the market for replacement of windows for our house, we found C&L to be the best. Whether it was responsiveness to initial requests for a quote, follow up to installation on site, the whole team performed really well. Full credit to everyone.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely, yes. We were about 50miles from their HQ in Gloucester, so if they are able to travel to you, you should really consider them.

C&L windows made a very excellent job of replacing all our cottage windows recently. Removal of our old wooden windows was done with minimal damage to the internal plaster work and no damage to the external stone work. They took away all the old windows and left no mess and the job was all finished in one day. We can already feel the additional warmth they make to our little home. Well done C&L windows.

Excellent service from the initial advice in the showroom through to the fitting of the door. The fitting was to a very high standard - real attention to detail such as the matching coloured silicone finish to edges.

C&L replaced every windows throughout the house, which meant they were in every room in turn. The disruption was minimal, as was the damage to the building. It's an old country house and I was expecting to have to do much more making-good afterwards and there was none! The two chaps who did the fitting couldn't have been better. Would happily recommend C&L to anyone

I have contacted C&L Windows on several occasions and I have always found them polite and courteous either on the phone or face to face. Nothing is to much trouble and they always give the impression that we are important to them.

Very efficient service with good oversight as a surveyor visits to check the salesperson have recommended something appropriate, ours had to be changed due to a supporting wall issue and the company honoured the original price. Quick clean installation on the day they said.

Brilliant Company
The installation of our windows and front door was completed today and I wanted to send a huge thank you as they look absolutely wonderful. Giff & Andy have done a fantastic job and the way they have finished off, they are a credit to your company. I didn’t get to meet the builders that were involved in taking out the bay windows, but thanks goes to them too as it wasn’t the most straight forward task! We went to work each day and left Giff and Andy with a key. If anyone is looking for a company that do what they say and don’t have a hard sales pitch, have craftsman that you can trust, maybe have something a bit awkward to deal with, have wonderful looking windows and even the ‘making good’ plastering is brilliant, then I will be recommending you every time
