A special thanks to Blade for helping me a lot with my car audio system and answering all of my questions.
I don’t know much about cars and the service I received from Blade was excellent.

I will be going back to car audio security for all of my car equipment and accessories. This is my number one go to place.

Had an issue with some speakers (Faulty Manufacture) these guys had them replaced in double quick time. Absolutely fantastic, would recommend to anyone.

These guys are second to none. So true what they say, you get what you pay for. I'd like to say with these guys, they go the extra mile. Can't believe what they done for me today.

Excellent service from Car Audio Security. Despite being very busy, sales executive Blade took time to establish - and demonstrate to me - that my car head unit was beyond repair, discussed some alternatives and made a recommendation. All very different from my experience the previous day with another supplier. The company has a non-hard-sell policy and are a pleasure to deal with. New Kenwood head unit was fitted carefully and I was on my way. Very impressed and will certainly return in the future.

Phoned ahead regarding my car radio, arranged an appointment within the hour. On arrival the team were attentive to my needs, fixed the issue with my radio and happy to answer further question I had, thanks Blade

Excellent service can’t rate high enough.
Had to replace my Mib2 for my golf mk7 as it packed up. Went to Hayes car audio and security and was guided through a huge range of options for a replacement which I settled with a Kenwood DMX8020DABS. I was also advised that it would require and adapter fascia and wiring harness kit. Unfortunately they were so busy that the wait time to have it fitted was 6 weeks. Having no working stereo/infotainment at all I opted to have it fitted elsewhere. In short this went badly and I was left with a working stereo but certain features like car information and park pilot where not being displayed as they should. The person that installed it drew a blank and i ended up calling Hayes car audio and security to see if they could help.
Seeing as they didn’t install it they were happy for me to bring it in for them to look at and they kindly squeezed me in to their busy schedule to have it looked at.
When I bought it in I spoke to Jason who was completely professional throughout and was very knowledgeable. After he had looked at it he went through what the issue was (installed incorrectly) and that he would have to basically reinstall it to put it right. I waited in the showroom for an hour and Jason came back to say that it was all now installed and working as it should. He then took me through what he done and how to use the units features.
Lesson learned be patient and wait for these guys to install what you buy from them.

Ordered 2 pairs of Focal IS VW 165 for my Vw Scirocco 2014 plate at 2pm ,they arrived the next morning at 8:30am so super fast delivery ,It took 2 of us 3 hours to fit the speakers which was good and very easy to do, the sound improvement over the stock speakers is tenfold and i am over the moon with the quality of these speakers and the service i recieved, i was looking at also installing a sub but dont think i need one now as these pack a nice punch on their own, 5 stars and highly recommed these guys !

I've used Car Audio Security for years both in store and online and the service has always been second to none. All staff in store are clearly very knowledgable and passionate about their area of work and they've gone out of their way to assist me and my enquiries. Now that I've moved further away I've been using their website and the excellent service continues. Easy to use/browse website, fair prices and quick despatch.

I had reason to take my vehicle to Car Audio Security in Hayes, following a botched installation of an after-market Stereo Head Unit and Reversing Camera by a well known retailer of motoring and cycling accessories.

The team at Car Audio Security were professional, courteous and friendly and managed to correct all the issues caused by the aforesaid installation and at a very reasonable cost.

Would I use Car Audio Security again? Absolutely!
Would I recommend Car Audio Security to anyone else? Without hesitation!

When my Clifford car alarm went into 'fault', and as it was installed 16-17 years ago by an installer in Reading not now available, and with us in 'Covid Lockdown' I faced difficulty finding someone to help. I did a Google search of Clifford specialists and phoned /emailed loads of them without either availability or replies, leaving phone messages where I could. One only 3 responses I got was that of Car Audio Security, who were phenomenally helpful, initially helping diagnose/interpret the fault, then in sourcing the replacement part needed (which they even then robbed their own stock to supply me). They even sent part on next day delivery. All being one of the most impressive 'customer service' responses I've seen in my 75 years. An excellent experience, to be much remembered and strongly recommended.

I ordered a set of wheels from these guys which I later found out were out of stock much to my annoyance due to these being a Christmas gift. They offered me the same style of wheel but a slightly different off set and supplied me with 4 good quality spacers & 20 wheel bolts free of charge for the error great customer service and now I have the wheels in time for Christmas.

Bought a headunit with a steering wheel controls adapter that advertised it worked with phone support buttons, upon fitment everything was fine but the phone buttons didn’t work
Emailed to ask for support and the response was simply “some steering wheel control adapters don’t work with phone support”.. replied back stating the advertised adapter said it did but no response received

That said, price was good and the fitting kit looks great in the car

Very happy with the speaker I brought and delivery was fast even during the the covid 19 pandemic. Only complaint is the slight lack in communication in the where bouts of package. Apart from that very good speakers and would recommend buying from again!

Not one for writing reviews but found customer service 1st class, follow up phone calls and emails. Had a ghost immobolizer fitted to my Mercedes. 1st class service from start to finish.
