It was easy to find a suitable card for the specific occasion I was celebrating and I was able to choose from a very wide range of attractive cards. The card I chose was delivered very quickly, was well packaged and of extremely high quality. I had a minor issue in regards to payment but those lovely people at CardPop responded very quickly indeed to my emails and I was able to quickly resolve the issue which was not caused in any way by them but was with the online payment platform I had used. So, overall, great products and outstanding customer service.

Tracking information not able to track a paid for tracked parcel. 24 hour delivery taken a week so far to arrive - still not turned up.

Just awful. Got my online order wrong and despite my emails sent a card a week after the birthday date. Awful.

Outstanding cards, super quality, I am so impressed. I ordered on thursday at 2pm and received all of them on Saturday morning, standard delivery, didn't pay anything extra because the order was over £20. I think it's unfair for people to give 1 star rating because their local courier or postie are rubbish.

Ordered and paid £10.50 for the delivery of a personalised birthday card 10 days ago for my friend's birthday - which is today.

Kept an eye on the tracking system which just kept saying In Transit but that it was unable to find any reference.

Emailed CardPop on the 26th to note that my friend's birthday is the 30th and make sure it was going to arrive in time (with estimated delivery of 3-5 days, the 10 days I gave them was lots of time).

Emailed again yesterday (29th) to find out what was happening.

Emailed again today to find out what was happening.

System still saying "In Transit".

No replies from CardPop at any point.
Phone constantly engaged.
I have no idea if her card has arrived.

Update: finally got a response to say that the card has indeed been delivered. So no problem with the product itself, and I've changed this to 2 stars to acknowledge that.

Wow ! Such a pretty card. It will bring joy to the person I am giving it to.
I would definitely buy another for another occasion.

I wasn't sure about buying from this company when it popped up on my Facebook adverts, but Im glad that I did as the card that I've bought is a lot better quality than similar ones that I have purchased in the past - usually from Etsy. I will definitely be buying from them again.

The cards I ordered from Cardpop.co.uk were absolutely stunning. The recipients both loved them. Then weirdly the next week on my birthday I got given a cardpop card. The service is super fast and highly professional. This if defiantly the way forward for me

I love these cards and have bought a lot of them! They are like a card and small gift combined and some of the people that I have sent them to, have kept them on display! I usually manage to find just the right card that appeals to the intended recipient and new items are added to the range regularly.
The customer service is very good and when there was a delivery problem once, the matter was handled so well that the company couldn’t be faulted! The new delivery company that is used, is very good and the cards arrive in good time.
I am so pleased to have found “ CardPop” over the pandemic and Lockdown. Little things matter so much more and sending and receiving beautiful cards like these, is a way of cheering people up and making them feel special!

Excellent All Round Card and Service

I have bought hand made cards for a few years but I have never came across anything as good as this one. The quality and craftsmanship are second to none.
With emails updating me on the progress of card delivery, the card arrived promptly on time and securely packaged.
All in all, an excellent service with a unique product.

With so many different cards to choose from. I am already planning to chose more cards from Cardpop.
