Had a good experience initially, sold several cards and got paid as promised.

Unfortunately ran into an issue with one card out of many submitted. Since then not really bothered to use it again as it's unpredictable if you will receive payment, what the payment will be and when they pay it out.

Just started using Cardyard and so far have found it to be very easy whilst saving a decent amount of cash. Compared to the "money back" sites like Quidco this is way better as the "discount" when buying is immediate and usually at a better rate than offered on the money back sites. But even better is that this can be "stacked" with "money back" which means often one can earn double discount and cash back! What's not to like? Happy to recommend.

I would buy more if the guarantee duration was longer. However, the response when ordering gift cards is excellent. I have always received digital gift cards within an hour of my order. On the odd occasion l had a query, response was very quick and resolved without problem.

Recently came across Cardyard and I am pleased I did. I had a rather large gift card, which was not relevant to my needs, so decided to see if I could sell it.
I contacted their live chat and Nicky was very helpful and answered all my questions, as of course I was unsure if this was a safe option. I decided to open an account and I have to admit initially for me I did find the process a little confusing, but I worked it all out eventually (That I think is just an age related issue!!)
Anyway great news the gift card was verified and 13 days later the funds were in my bank and I have to say I was happy with the amount received, it was more than I expected.
I would be happy to use them again and also would recommend them without hesitation.

Unfortunately ran into an issue with one card out of many submitted. The buyer claimed it wasn't the full value, though I'd listed it immediately after claiming it. Only Cardyard and the buyer had access to the code. Transaction history showed the card was used twice, including once after the complaint, yet they sided with the buyer.

I understand they need to protect customers, but the facts didn't seem to support their decision. Down £100 with limited recourse.

Probably won't be returning.

Edit: I find the response frankly insulting, I have not double sold it. Only ever dealt with Cardyard. For anyone reading this, it sounds like you can get some free cards once you’re a long time customer 😉

I recently sold a gift card with Cardyard and was really impressed with the overall service. The process was super straight forward and I was really happy with the level of communication. I was kept up to date all the way through and received my money promptly. I would definitely recommend and will be using more going forward! Thanks so much

Amazon 20 pound gift card didn't work and they wanted me to wait 3 working days for their
"investigation". Don't bother, little savings aren't worth the hassle.

I'm a long time user of Cardyard, indeed I've recommended it to people. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

I bought a £250 voucher and went to use it online. After checking, the card only had £54 of credit on it. I logged this with them immediately and told an investigation would need to be opened. After checking, they said it's usually completed in three working days.

I checked in after three days and still don't have a response. I emailed again to let them know how disappointed I am, and again. no response.

I emailed again to let them know that I would have to request a chargeback on my credit card to reclaim the funds, and still no response.

It would have been relatively easy for them to resolve this issue. Firstly responding to emails, and secondly issuing a refund. Instead I'm left in a position where I am out of money, and having to spend time with my bank to get the funds back to me.

Update: Cardyard have replied to this review, but not to any of my unanswered emails, describing this as a “miserable way to end the relationship” and “sorry you feel this way” which comes across as slightly bitter and a non-apology. They have also said a refund has been issued (why not email me and tell me this?). They seem happy to respond quickly to public facing reviews rather than customer support emails, which could tell you a lot about how they operate.

If you read the responses from Cardyard to the 1 star reviews you'll see a pattern of sarcastic, unprofessional and negative responses.

Spending is the new saving. When the Government reduces interest rates to encourage us to spend the best way to make extra money is to get discounts on your existing spend. Cardyard fill this gap. 3,4 or 5% quickly add up. Thank you Cardyard!

Code didn't work, now they have to open an Investigation rather than replacing the code that does not work

Re: I am letting other consumers know they may have this issue. Your customer service should have just issued a new code to me upon me proving it wasn't valid and conduct the investigation behind the scenes. Your replies to customers on trustpilot arent very professional in many instances.

Update: they have said theyve issuer a refund and I purchased a second code which worked first time. Just be aware you may have to deal with customer service.

I have been using Cardyard for a few months now, following a personal recommendation, and I have saved quite a bit of money. It isn't a huge saving but it adds up if you buy the gift vouchers regularly enough.

I had one issue with a voucher link that did not work and Cardyard refunded me without any issues so great customer service.

I would recommend this company if you are money savvy and want to save those pennies to make those pounds!

Easy & quick purchase, cards sent instantly, good discount. Highly recommend for buyers.

I always try to use Cardyard for Amazon purchases - makes me feel better knowing my money is going to a UK business rather than directly to that all-consuming empire. And the 3% saving on every purchase is a nice reward! So thank you Cardyard! Long may you continue. Maybe if you had an app it would be even better but that would just be the cherry on top.

The vouchers come through almost instantly and in the probably hundreds of purchases I've made, I've only had one gift code fail (and they sorted the issue straight away).

I have sold multiple gift cards and even made a couple purchases. At first i was sceptical but I’ve never had any issues and always been paid. The wait times for payment could be improved but it’s no biggie as the rates are great and they accept a variety of gift cards 💳 🛍️

Put a £30 jd voucher it’s past the pay date and I still haven’t received my money SCAM

I absolutely thought this was a scam website. But then reviews said otherwise. So I thought I'd give it ago and just brought a cheap £5 amazon voucher so if it is scam. I don't loosen too much.

Voucher then went to my email with in minutes and was completely valid and worked perfectly fine.

Excellent in every way - got £125 back on my voucher within a few weeks. Great service.

I sold £550 worth of Amazon gift cards with CardYard and I had an excellent experience.
Customer support were helpful and fast at responding to my query before listing the cards, they sold quickly and I received the money into my bank account two weeks later, as promised. Highly recommended for selling/buying cards!
