No answer to emails about defected bicycle
I bought a foldable bicycle with Yess brand from Carlab. Delivery time was ok.
There are problems with the bike and I send them emails to explain the problems. I said I can send them photos, videos to show the problem with the bike. No answer.
Not good customer service.
