I bought my mokka n the customer service was amazing, Adrian especially was so helpful n honest n down to earth which made my experience of buying a car so easy x All the staff over the phone and in person were really kind and helpful I would highly recommend Car land to anyone looking to buy a car x I love my new car n look forward to many years driving it. Just received my beautiful new Jaguar XF

Received my beautiful new Jaguar XF this morning. The sale and delivery was handled by Adrian, who was just been amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. The customer service from this company is off the charts. I even found a lovely gift box on the passenger seat as a thankyou for being a customer. I got the exact car I wanted, it's in beautiful condition and from start to finish the process was relaxed, informative and friendly. Cannot recommend this company enough. If you are thinking about buying a car on the Internet without actually seeing it in person, these are the guys to trust!

Couldn’t recommend Car Land enough

Couldn’t recommend Car Land enough, from the start the whole team was great, Mal pulled out all the stops to ensure I got the car I was after and it was in great condition, very professional all very friendly, no hassle, very honest and stress free will definitely be recommending car Land to everyone and will return for the next car.

Top class customer service from Adrian…

Top class customer service from Adrian and the Team at Car Land UK. Put a fair deposit on a car which they agreed to reserve until i could arrange to collect. I flew from Ireland to collect and Adrian even arranged a driver to collect me from the Airport.
Car is excellent and a pleasure to drive, really smooth hassle free experience dealing with these guys. Showroom is nice and modern you can tell they take pride in their work.

Great experience

I can't recommend Car Land enough. From the first call to Cheyne through to dealing with Ian for the sale and finally Leona for the after care service, everything had been fantastic. The team were really welcoming, sorted the test drive for me and I purchased the car in December 23'. I had a couple of issues with the car that they wouldn't have known about prior to the sale but did everything they could to sort the issues out for me and I couldn't be happier with the car now. The communication throughout has been great and hopefully I'll be back in a few years to buy my next car from them. Thanks team. 10/10.

A very smooth transaction from start to…

A very smooth transaction from start to finish. Despite complications with (my) having misplaced the logbook of the car we were to part-exchange, the helpful team could not have been more professional and all was resolved. Very friendly service and very happy with our purchase.

100% recommend to anyone!

100% recommend to anyone!! Absolutely in love with my car thanks to mal! He made sure I was well looked after and the car I bought was in top shape before driving away. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and mal and carland has restored my faith! Came with a cute gift to drive away with too which shows how much they care about their customers.

Friendly guys and relaxed atmosphere

Friendly guys and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed buying our car from them. Very pleased with the car which is low mileage and in excellent condition.
The only problem was lack of paperwork for the recent service, which they provided later after I had a moan on here.

I honestly cannot fault the service I…

I honestly cannot fault the service I received from Car Land. It was seamless from start to finish. I made an enquiry on the Monday, Adrian made contact almost immediately and after completing all the necessary paperwork the car was delivered Thursday as planned. Had the car 7 days now and I’m delighted with it. Would definitely recommend you taking a look for your next car purchase!

I recently bought my car from Car Land…

I recently bought my car from Car Land UK, its not the first time iv bought a car from here, ITS MY FOURTH! And id never go anywhere else. Fantastic service, friendly staff, immaculately clean, beautiful showroom. And never had any problems with either of my 4 previous cars. Since buying from here my friends and family members have also been here and purchased lovely clean healthy cars!

Avoid at all costs or take someone that knows cars inside out with you!

Bought a black 3 series at the beginning of December 2022 on finance, just before driving away we noticed a bit of trim out of place, the aftersales was great - INITIALLY - they arranged and paid for the trim to be sorted 16 days after purchase - until water started to come into the car on the same side the trim was out. I contacted the dealership who had the audacity to blame the Bodyshop for not fixing it properly, funny they said that after the Bodyshop suggested the car had been in an accident, i then said i was taking it to bmw for a proper report, this is where their aftersales team got shirty with me. And did not contact me any further. I proceeded to take it to BMW, they advised the whole rear 1/4 panel had been replaced - but the repair was not up to the industry standard - i raised a complaint with the finance company, the dealership tried to drag it on for ages, and I had to prove the repair was done before buying, which was easy when the finance company's independent engineer came out to inspect the car - 'a risk to health' is what he called the car. The dealership then tried saying they will repair it, only for me to point out it had already been in for repair once (the trim which was related to the issue) so legally I was in my right to reject, they finally accepted rejection. but it took them 3 weeks since accepting the rejection to collect the car as they expected me to go out of my way and take the car back - disgusting! They even had the audacity to put the car back up for sale, 3 weeks BEFORE it even went back and whilst it was registered in my name, with no mention of the shoddy repair, and for MORE than what I had bought the car for - so the next person would be victim to a dodgy car!

Ten days after collecting the car, they hadn't paid the finance company (financed amount) nor myself (deposit) back! Which meant I was still expected to pay an installment on a car that 1 - i was not in possession of 2 - wasn't even registered in my name anymore 3- was already up for sale and was sat on their forecourt!

Not sure why I was surprised at that though as I had to chase them numerous times to settle the previous finance on my part exchange before another payment came out of my account!

Furthermore, I waited 14 days as per the procedure for my deposit to be returned. Surprise surprise no refund. When chased, they advised the finance company that they were apparently ‘unaware’ they had to refund me my deposit I had put down for the car.. how these lot are even FCA approved I don’t know! I’ve had to argue and argue until I got my money back. In the end the finance company paid my deposit back and are going to claim it from the dealer!

Granted maybe they didn’t initially know when I bought the car as it was HPI clear which is fair enough, but having the car for sale right away without carrying out repairs..whilst I had the car is wrong.

I raised the complaint the day the water ingress happened, and no it wasn't a 'friend' (never said that) in the bodyshop, it was an insurance approved bodyshop close to me! I then took it to a BMW dealership and I said there wouldn't be an initial diagnosis charge! Initially i was happy but at no point did I say ‘over the moon’ with the repair the bodyshop did as they pushed the trim back into place but once the car was washed after the snow had gone it started leaking water in! It had nothing to do with how the car was looked after as 5/7 days the motor was under cover in a car port! The mould would be due to water ingress not how the car was looked after which was because of the poor repair prior to purchase! So what did you expect? For me not to wash it? At no point was I rude to the two members of staff I dealt with at your dealership! And I have screenshots! The complaint was picked up by the finance company after finally being allocated to a complaint handler! But once it was rejected it took 3 weeks! I even asked DVLA to fast track the plate removal which they did so you can take the car back! I also said to the finance company I was happy to put it on a transporter and send it back the next day! My main complaint was the fact the whole rear quarter panel was out of line so the trim repair wouldn't have just fixed it! But the main problem was how you just advertised the car before even taking the car back! Regardless if it was 4months I was in my legal right to complain about a repair that hadn't been resolved as water came in from the same spot! Yes I did chase the finance company not yourselves but they told me they couldn't even get hold of you or wouldn't get any replies, so yes i chased! I left a review because of how it was all handled actually! What do you expect? People to keep quiet & not say a word of their experiences? The problem is how you advertised a car before even taking it back or fixing!! Don’t personally attack my character because as an unhappy customer I shared my experience!

Everyone that you have dealt with at the dealership knows exactly how bad your attitude is. You say you had a problem with the car and you requested your "friend" that owns a bodyshop to fix it so being the 5* outfit that we clearly are we agreed and paid them to do it. You inspected it and we have messages from YOU stating that you were over the moon with the repair!!! NO ONE GOT SHIRTY WITH YOU as this was the end of it. Which we have proof of.

4 MONTHS LATER you complained to the finance company and wanted to reject the car on the grounds that the car didn't have a black pack or an M performance kit which it had both and this is another lie you have told that we can disprove.

The report stated MOULD in the car which was THE ONLY HEALTH RISK STATED. That's a reflection on how you looked after the car and nothing to do with anything else. We have tested the car here and not a drop of water gets in. Amazing how 'your bodyshop friend" fixed it for 4 months but then it was an issue again? Which is sorry? Did they fix it or not? At least one of those things you have said is a total lie. You can't have both. Yes of course we questioned the repair as firstly it was 4 months later, secondly it was your suggestion of garage to carry out the repair, the repair you stated you were happy with. How don't you see how unreasonable you have been?

We were fighting the finance company for your bogus claims hence the time scales. We dragged out nothing. Again, your comical rejection attempt at it not having an M Performance pack which was just a blatant lie. Not once did you request your deposit refund and not once did the finance company ask for it. "I chased and chased for my deposit back" This is a total and blatant lie.

"I did think highly of them when I bought the car" This you say changed when we handled your complaint. Well we got it repaired at your request and you have stated that you were over the moon with the repairs. 4 months later get a bogus hand back attempt. Im sorry if we didn't accept this and questioned the repair that you said you were happy with???

Now you leave a 1 star review because of your dissatisfaction that the refund took longer than you had liked? Well if that's not a true reflection of your character then I don't know what is.

Your review does not reflect our company and the way we operate. That's why its the only one like it. This is a fact. You are outnumbered 100/1. As you can clearly see you are in the minority as every single other review is a 5* apart from yours, maybe its your behaviour and not ours?

Amazing company.

Well what can I say, After looking for a new car for a couple of months,

I stumbled across CarLandUK. Staff were really friendly, and very helpful after I was nearly scammed by another site, these lot really put my mind and ease and made it all very easy for me to buy the car.

Malcolm was absolutely spot on with helping me with my every needs with calming me down and assuring it wasn't a scam.

And the car was absolutely clean and tidy. Would definitely go back to CarlandUK.

Family friendly and no sneaky sales tactics!

Beautiful showroom and really lovely and genuine staff, no pushy sales atmosphere and felt like we were #1 priority even when we had them get multiple cars out to test drive in the rain!
Excellent professional service and fantastic cars to choose from for surprisingly reasonable prices.
Big shout out to Mal who is so patient and never once pushed us in any direction. He just answered all questions honestly and had a great amount of knowledge about the cars he was selling..
The showroom itself is really classy and its a lovely touch to see the photos of the showroom from how it started. Real family friendly feel to the whole experience and we have driven away feeling looked after and confident in our new car. 10/10, would recommend this place to anyone.
