Had the loveliest delivery driver who called me beforehand to make sure I knew the delivery was being made in the next half an hour, bought the carpet in for us and placed it where we liked it to go which was a huge help, would recommend this company 100%, I’d also like to mention that I ordered one carpet sample for 99p via the company’s eBay account and I revived a box containing 17 samples! Absolutely amazing as I realised a different shade of carpet better matched the room compared to the one I was originally going to order! Huge help and time saver. Thank you again carpet shop I’ll be back in the future :)

Great experience: easy ordering, call informing about delivery, tracking and message accurate and lovely delivery man. I haven’t open it yet but I am sure it is fine.

Really good and quick delivery. Lots of communication to let me know where my order was - even get a 90 mins update on the day of delivery and you can track the delivery van. Would recommend as a supplier.

Great service, i ordered a sample and they sent a fantastic selection for me to browse. I then ordered and received my carpet very quickly. The carpet delivery was great and i was well informed as to when it would arrive. The carpet itself is fantastic, great quality at an amazing price. I will be ordering again soon!

I was delighted to find floor vinyl to replace a damaged one I'd laid some years ago. I also found really reasonably priced laminate. I put in my order and waited for delivery details. Although it didn't take long, I was phoned at 4pm, the afternoon before delivery. I couldn't take the call and no message was left so I didn't know til 8pm when I checked my email. I had no time then to do anything and my partner, to whom it was being delivered, had to cancel a job he had booked so he could be there to receive the delivery. We were also not called by the driver 30 mins before as advised. While service was great, a rethink on communication is necessary.

Friendly staff at ordering point. Great quality carpet at reasonable price. Estimate time given for deliver and a link provided to track the driver, which meant I wasn't waiting in all day.
