Well I took my old iPhone in last Monday to get a trade in but nothing happened until I went back in yesterday. Had to wait for nearly an hour for staff to see me and do the necessary computer work to issue my refund

Efficient polite and easy to understand

Such bad service! I was called to be offered an upgrade. They never stayed what the memory was on the phone. Now 2 months later I am at 70%memory....completely miss sold this phone which I will have to stop using in another 2months as I have no memory left. Additionally it took longer to be delivered than promised. I was offered a compensation amount. This was never received. If cpw phone you to offer you an upgrade...avoid at all costs! Go to the store instead!

I found it difficult as had to phone the fraud people , because it was unusal amount . It got resolved when I phoned yourselves . Very nice man spoke to me to say my Order was on the way , even although it was a day later than they said .

Went in for new upgrade which includes 2 new phoned.
Said to pick them up next day.
Following day no phones.
Three days later only one phone available and then they tell me my contract has not been completed properly.
Total shambles of organisation.

The customer service advisor is very knowledgeable about this product there is great deal to offer every time my phone needs renew that were I go because the service is really good and the deal are really great.

Phone that I had ordered didn't arrive with DPD and was returned to the warehouse for redirection to a local store.That was to be within 24/48 hours and phone still had arrived
