Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered a phone on next day delivery. Received the order acknowledgement.
Phone never arrived and now 2 days later.
Called customer service to find what's going on and the phone is now out of stock.
I have paid an upfront cost for the handset and that money has left my bank.
They tried to give me another phone but said I had to pay £19 additional upfront and also £20 additional monthly payment 🤣
I then said I'd like a refund and the lady just said - "OK I'll cancel it" and put the phone down on me.
Ive had no email confirmation of cancelled order.
Calls are recorded apparently, so go listen to the call and hurry up with my refund

One of the reasons for the score of 3… was as mentioned previously
One of the reasons for the score of 3 was the problem I have encountered transferring my number using the PAC code.
The transfer did not happen on the stated day, also, my messages are still going out on the new phone SIM card but, my watt app and calls are going out on my transferred number. I'm not sure if the fault lies with Car phone warehouse or ID mobile
