Really pleased with the car but …
Really pleased with the car but disappointed that I had to arrange and pay for a oil change / filter as soon as I had the car. This was despite me picking up and telling Carwise about the warning message in the car upon very first inspection ( a whole 8 days before I picked up the car upon purchase! As such plenty of time to get this resolved). Though I was reimbursed quickly which I appreciate, this could have been avoided! On the plus side general customer service was good and communication was easy.
