Ellie took me through the leasing process so quickly and was super kind and helpful! This is the first car I’ve leased and she had all the answers to the questions I had.

Ordering was easy and the price was good, but the delivery experience has been frustrating. We ordered a Renault 4 ev.

I first raised timing concerns back on 18 May when we were discussing around an 8-week lead time at this stage, and i needed the car by the end of July. We’re now at the end of August and are being told delivery will not be until October.

What’s especially frustrating is that dates constantly move, only last week I was told the car was due to arrive at the dealership on Friday 28th August, then the date simply moved again on that day, with no proper explanation. We had already got to the point of having a registration number and VIN so sold our old car and had started sorting insurance for the new one, so the constant changes have caused quite a lot of inconvenience.

Updates have felt very generic and non-personal, and they rarely give any specific information about where the car actually is or what has caused the delay. I’ve had to do far too much chasing myself.

The original lead time now feels overly optimistic and unrealistic. Had we known it could take five months, we would have made a different decision.

I’ll update the review if communication improves. They haven’t offered us any other solution at all. Very poor overall

Max was awesome and helped me navigate through the entire process from beginning to end. When delays came up on the finance-provider side, Drivalia, he was transparent and did his best to chase things up with them and keep me updated. The overall process was more delayed than hoped (largely due to issues outside Carwow's control), but I appreciated Max’s amazing help in getting everything over the line.

I’ve never leased a car before and Ralph really made it very straightforward for me. He found the car I wanted in the right colour quickly and helped me get the process started taking a lot of stress off me.

I’ve now used Uwais for my second business lease, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
As a new limited company, securing a lease wasn’t straightforward, and I had struggled to get anywhere with others. Uwais, however, went above and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly helpful, and professional throughout the whole process, making sure I was happy and, most importantly, that I got a great deal.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts their clients first, and Uwais is exactly that. The fact that I’ve gone back to him for a second lease says everything.

Excellent service from Richard Perkin and Carwow Leasey

I’ve had a really positive experience with Richard at Carwow Leasey. From our first conversation, he was friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

I had quite a few questions about the BMW lease, including the specification, optional extras and maintenance plan, and Richard took the time to answer everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

I also spoke to another company, but the overall experience and communication from Richard gave me much more confidence. He was genuinely helpful and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.

I’m now going ahead with the lease and I’m really happy with the deal and the service I’ve received so far.

Really happy with my new Mazda 3

Just wanted to leave a review after recently leasing my new Mazda 3 through Carwow.

The whole process was really easy from applying for the car through to delivery. I was kept updated throughout and everything went pretty much exactly as planned, which made the whole experience very straightforward.

A particular mention to Ella Bailey, who was really helpful throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made everything really easy, especially when it came to sorting out the paperwork and keeping me updated on the delivery.

The car itself is brilliant. I've had it for a few days now and I'm really pleased with it. It's exactly what I was hoping for and feels like a big step up from my previous car.

Overall, I've been really impressed with Carwow and would definitely use them again. Thanks to Ella and the team for making the whole process so smooth!

I made an online enquiry regarding a leased car. I received a phone call from Olivia Gardner who run through a few other cars with me. She emailed me over some information she required. I kept searching carwow website and come across a car that was perfect. I emailed Olivia and she replied almost immediately saying there would be a few months wait for this vehicle. I replied saying this would suit me perfectly. Within the same day of sending my enquiry my order was placed. Olivia was amazing. I have already recommended her.

Complete waste of time, do not bother with them especially Noa Venter, pushy salesman with no clue
