Still waiting!!

I ordered 3 cases 3weeks ago and still not received them, i emailed them 1 week ago and had no reply and now have sent a instagram DM but probably wont get a reply!! 😡

Tried to contact you by mail or Instagram about my order CG1939. No reply from you!!

I ordered a phone case, 2 weeks ago..
And I don’t have news about shipping.

I would like to know if it’s normal? Because, it write in the website, it takes 3-4 days for shipping in Europe.
Please, can you explain me..

DID NOT RECIEVE MY ORDER AND NO COMMINICATION FROM THE COMPANY, STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on the 9th of March, still haven’t received it on the 30th of March, I have emailed the company on the 25th, no response from them.

Was annoyed about how long the product took to get shipped to me. It’s like I had to keep reminding them on socials and by email.

Absolutely loved the case and the sellers went above and beyond to help when there were problems with delivery! :)

Cases are very good quality and staff are very accommodating with inconveniences out of their control.

I ordered on the 9th of December, it is now the 21st and my order still hasn't arrived but quick response from the company.

Never received my phone case.
Well I guess someone else is enjoying the phone case because I never received it, I reached out multiple times about the issue and never got a response.

Amazing quality material with nice gloss that helps the image pop out more , shipped with secure packaging and very helpful staff , highly recommended.

Disappointing service when I informed them I had not received my order. Contacted them multiple times and they acknowledged and yet sent no replacement. Every time I gave them the order number. Very poor follow up on customer service issues.

Amazing quality and arrived super quick, has absolutely no problems and even included a free case inside. Would 100% recommend and buy again, thanks.

it was amazing, i got two cases both arrived after a short time of day 3-5 days and are amazing, still have one from 3 years ago, very durable and stylish

I have ordered a phone case nearly 2 weeks. I Have not received it. I've email several emails and still no one has got back to me. I dont even rate one star but i had to just because it would not let me write a review. Kindly send me my phone case . Because this means you have stolen my money. And if i have to go further with this i will

I have now Recieved my refund for a phone case purchased in November. However the company have messaged me to say they will not be sending me a free phone case now after all my trouble.
This is because they do not agree with my comments on Trust pilot. Bearing in mind all I have done is tell the truth.
I waited another three weeks for the phone case to arrive after telling Case Gods. They were supposed to be sending me another case while investigating it with Royal Mail.
I then sent several emails to them with no answer. That's why I then went to Trust pilot for help and found on here that other people had also complained. It's taken until 15.1.20 to get a refund of 14.99.
So you can see why I'm frustrated with my answer on Instagram from this company.
Now I feel that I'm the one in the wrong. Surely the customer is always right. And looking at other people's comments I don't think I'm in the wrong to speak up. This was a present for my daughter for Christmas as well.

In reference to my first review, I still haven't received my refund or my phone case as promised!
Your response was for myself to send a message via IG which I did, stating my ref number and email.
Well guess what, still no phone case/refund!

As for customer service, it's non- existent.
I've tried emailing several times- no response from supplier.

*I can confirm that i have now finally received a refund, bare in mind this was after sending several emails.
I did send a DM stating my ref number and email address for the case to be sent out.

I don't think my review was dishonest, as you can clearly see other similar customer complaints.
There clearly seems an issue with the service you provide.

I placed an order on the 15th November 2019. I did get a reply to one of my many emails sent. The company were going to send another phone case out. To this date 11.1.2020 it has still not arrived.
This was also a Christmas present for my daughter. I am also 14.99 out of pocket. 😡

awful customer service. placed an order on the 15th december, heard nothing at all since then despite having emailed and messaged their social media accounts more than once.
still not received order or any response.

I have the cherub angel case for my iPhone xr and I absolutely love it 💛 such good quality and looks amazing X
