I had received poor advice for a advisor and funds had been miss managed Cavendish reviewed my claim and advised that I had a good case it took a while to get the process going but when it did it went very smoothly with the end result recovering my loss so was very happy with the way Cavendish handled my case

The claim was dealt with excellent service through out .I was kept informed of the progress until it was completed.I would recommend this company to anyone for claims of this nature.Well done I am very satisfied with the result.

I cannot encourage potential victims of CFD broker advice to submit a claim using Cavendish Kane & Associates Ltd. From my experience the service fee is well worth paying as they deal with all aspects of the claim. Two wins circa £15k after Cavendish Kane fees enough said ! It is a lengthy process but worth the wait.

Living overseas I would not have known about the possibility of recovering the full amount of my loss from the FSCS due to the fraudulent activity of the company and the misinformation of the broker. Whilst it took a long time to conclude the full amount was recovered and the fee taken out of it. An excellent no-win/no-fee outcome.

Very straightforward process using CK. Fast, clear communications.

C K have processed three claims against the FSCS on my behalf which have all been completed at this time. Generally i have found C K to be very efficient although on occasions i have found that they do not reply or respond to emails at all or in a timely manner. Although i have noticed these problems my overall opinion is good and very positive.

Excellent people, very easy to deal with and they managed to get me £35,000. What a result!
