Terrible company and communication. Who I spoke to on the phone did not try to help resolve the situation in the best way for both the company and myself, rather seemed rude and showed no empathy or willingness to help me and was only concerned on getting the money even if it let its client in a bad situation. Other companies have been so much better in terms of how they treat customers and help resolve their situation, this company should take some notes!
The most vile debt collecting company
Writing this after an extremely unpleasant conversation with a very rude, arrogant, unempathetic, who only cares about extorting money out of you no matter what. Totally uninterested in what you have to say and how to resolve the issue but instead keep threatening to send a scum like himself to take away my car.
Unfortunately since I have a very busy life with little to no spare time I decided to pay now otherwise I wouldn’t have let these scums take advantage of me like they have done to many people especially the vulnerable and disabled ones! But this will not end here for sure.
How these people operate is they continue to increase the debt to make profit.
TFL as well as Councils are using these rogue debt collectors who are causing stress and anxiety to those already struggling to live with the high cost of living.
We need changes in the law to protect people who unfortunately get a debt, like council tax, parking ticket, or Ulez.

I recieved a letter from them. Phoned to make a repayment plan..for the rudest most uncaring staff ever from the so called ‘welfare’ department. I asked for reasonable adjustments to be made such as giving monthly outgoings verbally due to mental health!
I was told there policy didn’t allow this..I informed them this was allowed under the law (Equality Act 2010) and FCA Consumer duty creditors must show forbearance and provide reasonable adjustments if you meet certain criteria. No investigation was carried out into my claim. None. Just flat out refused. I’ve put in several complaints with dates and times including rude staff who hung up mid conversation. I will be taking this further to the relevant agencies of their response is not satisfactory.

I would give this company minus 100 stars if i could!! I am currently unemployed and i am struggling to pay the £130 a month for my Liverpool City council debt. I filled an expenditure form in through a website called IE HUB which Cder group told me to do. When the form was submitted it said there was no need to contact Cder group after i paid the monthly instalment at the lower price that was accepted. A couple of weeks later i get a knock at my door from one of their agents saying i haven’t been in touch with them over my account. I explained my situation and told him about IE HUB. I said i couldn’t afford the £130 per month until i got a job and he basically wasn’t interested and said the best he could do was £100 per month. I told him i couldn’t afford this and would they accept £50 and the answer was no. I had to borrow the money to save another visit from them. When i checked my account my debt had increased by £544 so i got in touch with them via the welfare team. I was told this was the fee added on for the bailiff visiting my home!! How can they justify doing this i have asked them for a breakdown of this fee and that it is causing me a lot of distress. They actually do not care if you have no money to pay or are mentally struggling they are just bullies and should be closed down.

Staff are very rude and unreasonable, they don’t even want to know when you mention you suffering from mental health. The company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, the enforcement agents are arrogant and when taking to you, and only ever want to communicate by txt messages. Threatening to take further action despite saying the debt has already been paid via another company, wouldn’t give time for these details and documents to be received by said company. Also explained no letters were received (and also weren’t by TFL in the first place!), didn’t listen and told to take it up with Royal Mail. Customers services also so rude, unhelpful and show zero ounce of compassion where it may be needed. Enforcement agents calling me at 6am but not answering the phone when the office call or I try to call and discuss rather than a text message. Text messages all throughout the day demanding payment in full despite being told you can only afford a payment plan…they don’t care about this! Scum of a company who also like deleting comments about how awful their company are on other platforms so people can’t see and they can continue hiding behind a false image.

Old Estate agent made me aware of 2 enforcement letters
So I found out from my old estate agents on the 7th November I had 2 tunnel chargers from Blackwater from back in June that I wasn't aware of.
Due to my Mum's ill health I moved back to Birmingham in May and cleared my last items from previous address in June.
After finding out about these fines I have I have sent my reasons to Nothampton.Where the fine originally came from.
As it now been passed to a recovery agent the CDR group I thought it was best policy to ask them to send any further correspondence to my new address.No great shakes I thought!
So after explaining my predicament to the lady on the phone.All I was asking was that any correspondence comes to my new address.
She just moaned to me about a £1000 fine that I should be charged for not changing my address immediately.( Which I did change withing 7-10 days)
Then went onto say you will be having your belongings seized when we visit.
I was like I've only found out about these fines on Friday the 7th November.
She just said well you should have changed your address sooner.
(Even thou I had changed it with the DVLA a they remained to send everything to my old address)
I kind of understand they probably get all soughts trying to get out of paying this that and other.
But the service was appalling.Kind of like it's all your fault we will take and be seizing your goods!! I'm like Wow...

They failed to identify themselves or give information on the debt. They also asked for £310 more than the actual debt (a missed letter sent to an old address) and lie about how long the debt existed for. Disreputable.

Absolutely despicable people , staff are rude and arrogant. They don't listen and don't care , they are unreasonable and shouldn't be allowed to bully their way to get money from people. I paid the debt owed and they still kept coming, for what they say are their fees .,basically robbing me blind .

We have repeatedly telephone to advise that your demands and threats to seize goods from our property are wrong.
My wife feels very threatened and rang some 9 times or more over the weeks. Explained its a distant neighbouir and you are hand delivering to the wrong property is a neighbour at another property, she was told to deliver the letters herself, but clearly we do not wish to get involved.
The staff refuse to rectify this and are rude and arrogant refusing to rectify the situation telling us we have to change details, which we tried to do on your automated line.
Your staff, XXXXX and others are an absolute disgrace. Talking over us refusing to put this right, we are living in fear of your agents turning up as threatened at 7pm to seize goods from our property, we look after items for people so you could easily take their property for a debts which is not our debts .I think its a total disgrace.

Disgusting filth of the earth company and company threatened and lied to us into making payment for something we had already paid to the council on the pretense that once council confirms u have paid we will refund you, Manchester City council said u took liability when u paid u won’t get anything back from them. Council even said we can’t even prove if u paid or not coz the account is closed. What kind of demonic unethical company is this. Despite us trying to explain multiple times we have paid they are disgusting wonder how they all sleep at night destined for hell scum of the earth company and staff I will be taking them to court they need to be shut down, we have a newborn and they have stressed us out and we are down £425 money that we could spend on our child!
