Received good service to complete my new phone purchase order.

Amazing customer experience and good prices and the products!!! I've decided to finally make a review about them after I made another purchase from them! I bought my former device from them back in 2014 and now I've made another purchase from them and I'm excited and proud to be a loyal customer! I have to give a shoutout to Melvin for being a well caring and amazing representative and I highly recommend this website!

For someone who came here just to buy a phone for the first time. I'm Definitely impressed! Everything went well and my samsung note 20 came in an original box and fully working on my Verizon 5G network. Overall it's an excellent place to buy phones from. I didn't get ripped off or got something else, I have personally got bad experience with Amazon and Verizon corporate stores leaching the life out of me. Gladly I will be looking forward to buy my next phone from cell2get

After searching through my way on the internet for a new phone I was so glad that I bumped into this website. Made a purchase and 0 regrets!!!

They sent me the wrong phone. It was an older model (3G) of the newer (4G) model I ordered. They never supplied an itemized receipt either online or when I received the phone that showed the breakdown and taxes. I called them about getting an RMA and they agreed to refund the difference in the phone models if I keep the older phone. I was told by "Adam" that he would issue a refund immediately and still didn't get one after a week. They are *very* hard to get to via phone and respond to emails like they don't speak English well or comprehend your questions. Will dispute difference with Credit Card Company and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

I just received a Galaxy s4 mini from Cell2Get. I called them before ordering and asked if this would be a new or refurbished item. The agent told me this item would be new. Upon examination, the edges (silver border) like material had chips or white showing in certain parts. The back cover seemed abraided like it had been used.
I paid $138 dollars for this phone because I wanted an older model but unused phone. I don't think that is what I got due to the cosmetic damage.
The phone seems to be working but I won't return it for refund because that would cost me approx. $20.00 restock (15%) and my postage to return it.
I will never order from them again, feel I was misled.

Excellent service and so far I recommend them! But even though my experience was great I did get constant excuses from USPS and cell2get about my shipping but in the end it finally arrived and it was worth the purchase.

What a headache dealing with this company! First, I ordered a New Galaxy S10e 256GB from the website. Within hours, they cancelled the order, stating it's out of stock but that SAME EVENING update the website with the phone still "available to buy" but at a higher cost (so clearly they just did not want to honor the price that was originally listed on their website). Even so, I decided to order a New Galaxy S10e 128GB instead since that was what I initially wanted and was assuming they had in stock. A few days after ordering, I received a USED Galaxy S10e in an open box, a different color from what I ordered, with a very noticeable scratch on the screen. I immediately called to return the phone, only to be told that I had to find the return link on the website and submit a request to do so. After some searching on the website, I submitted the request to exchange the phone that they incorrectly sent for what I actually ordered. The next day, my exchange request was granted and I was told to just send the phone to an address in Brooklyn. No return shipping label was provided, even though it was the company who sent me the wrong phone. After requesting a return shipping label, I was told "oh no, you have to call customer service to get the label". Given their limited customer service hours this was hard to do. After many attempts to call over the course of a week and two left voicemails, I received a call back from a CA number. I was promptly sent a shipping label but told that if I did not mail it within the next few hours, the label would expire. Shortly after rushing to get the package to USPS, my order was changed to refunded, even though I was hoping to just exchange for the actual product ordered. Even so, I still have yet to actually receive the refund and may have to dispute the charge on my credit card soon.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Very unprofessional, sketchy, roundabout business methods that leave you feeling really unsatisfied and uncomfortable.

Awesome and very generous customer service. I had my phone delayed and returned to sender while shipping due to the post office not knowing what to do with my package i guess, cell2get received the package and apologized and sent it to me overnight.

Ordered a new unlocked LG G7. Paid for the 3 day shipping, received it about 2 weeks later. Came in a white box, found out later that means it is a refurbished phone, not new. Had numerous issues with the phone, takes 8 hours to charge (should be 2 hours), google assistant doesn't work unless you press a button, then press the microphone. I activated it with T-Mobile and I constantly get Sprint activation popups. The return refund policy is a joke (same packaging, never activated, no fingerprints, 15% restocking fee and shipping costs, etc...). Can't think of any product purchased there that could actually be returned using their refund policy. Would not recommend at all.

Well as my overall experience with cell2get was nothing but fantastic in the end. As i was searching to get myself a brand new Christmas present with the money my aunt transferred cuz she didnt know what to get me, i decided that its time for me to get a new phone. I looked up for the oneplus 7 pro 256gb online via google shopping and i saw cell2get as a highly recommended seller and with good customer reputation and reviews after doing my research on various review sites (such as trustpilot, google reviews, shopper approved). After that whole research i decided to go ahead and get myself a brand new oneplus 7 pro (which is a phone that i highly recommend non the less and it is the best phone ive ever owned!) And go on with the process, so to make a purchase you need to add to cart, creat an account, select shipping, and pay via credit card only and i can assure you that after calling chase after the order and asking them about my information with cell2get it is safe to place an order with them! One note that i recommend you keep in mind is that they only process orders on monday to friday and they need at least 2 business days to do so before they ship your package, So for example if you placed the order on a thursday like me and paid for ground shipping it will only be shipped or order updated on monday. After the order was shipped Tuesday i got my package that week on Friday afternoon and i couldnt be more excited. The phone was new in the box sealed! With a certified oneplus logo, and all i can say is that i am happy that i found the best price online for the best phone on the market! Their prices are great and service is as expected! I highly recommend cell2get for anyone thats looking to order themselves or a friend a new phone. They are an authorized reseller for me and will be looking forward to buy new phones from them in the future to come.

I ordered a Sprint Phone and got something that can hardly be recharged and doesn't work on the Sprint network where I have my plan, I'm trying to email and call but not getting any response

I would say stay away from this company
