Ordered a new 4G phone. They sent me a clearly used 3G phone with a charger that was pieced together from the dollar store in an unlabeled box. I asked for a shipping label since I didn't receive what I ordered and the customer service rep is arguing with me like I personally offended him. It's bizarre and they are clearly swindlers.

The general manager did a fantastic job. I just wish I could remember his name. I wish my manager was this attentive to the customers and doing whatever they could to keep the site and customer updates running smoothly. I wish I could give more stars because this was the best phone purchasing experience I've ever had, best cell phone store experience I've ever had. 500,00/5 stars. Maybe more. Adam helped us out tremendously and my husband and I bought phones and a hotspot because they were on such a great price. Kudos to all who work here.

I have buying from this store for over 12 years, and the best representative and service of this website to me is Moshe, he is Very professional and friendly. And helped me answering all my questions on the phone and updating me on my package on when it will arrive. Thanks Cell2get for having people like him, he really is a true asset to the Store & Company 10/10 in customer satisfaction.

Melvin was extremely friendly and very professional. He took the time to work through helping us buy a new smartphone because we were exchanging from a very old flip phone to a new one, and he was very helpful in explaining things and getting the new phone set up. One could not ask for a better experience. He is a model of smart, knowledgable, friendly service.

Great experience. Suburb staff. Very friendly. The most robust, professional phone store that I have bought online from, in the United States. They have a massive category of phones which is pretty complex when you open their site, and had such a positive attitude when I emailed them regardinga few questions about an item that was listed. We also had fun when the phone arrived before the ETA so that’s always great. And inside the package phone came in original packaging and all the new and original accessories with it. Stop by their website or you will miss out!!!!!! Cell2get has great deals now too!!

Both the manager and associate melvin and adam are incredibly beneficial, personable, and negotiable. In a matter of two weeks I bought phones from this store three times due to the fact that I am a very satisfied customer with the new phone. Every purchase they remembered when it called in to ask about the estimated time of arrival and were incredibly patient (with my indecisiveness) and efficient with their work. Most phone stores can be a tedious process but they made the experience stress free!

Our expectations have been exceeded with the aid of the group at this specific website store. Jack did a fantastic job explaining the whole thing to us after which executing numerous questions on a new cellphone. This fifth time we bought from this shop and gladly will be purchasing more!!!

I stepped into the website to purchase a new phone and was quickly shipped. I saw a bunch of different phones and specs on their website... unfortunately the first phone I wanted was not in stock but called and spoke to a representative and he helped me navigate phones and some suggestions in the future. Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Super recommend them! And after the 2nd purchase I have received my phone before the estimated delivery time and I can confirm that they sell new phones in the box. For the record I ordered a galaxy s21 plus.

How can I ever EVER thank you for going the extra 20 miles and educating me on the device....for your warm and impeccable customer skills...for your willingness to share your knowledge and allowing me to become more tech savvy. I came into your store to find out the cost of replacing my frayed phone. I left your website with a device for my mom, an additional line after contacting my service provider and a better outlook on life. Again, you were wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Why can't all cellular reps be just like you? Anyway....bye-bye for now....i will see you again when it's time for my upgrade.

cell2get little expensive but they are the knowledge and customer service is fast and and always there to help when issue ariseone problem a few years back i had an issue with a phone that purchased from them but they could not exchange it becouse its been over 2 years this store is great when we need upgraded two of our phones called there customer service line and both my dad and I were on the phone for an hour and they never rushed off the phone very nice pepole

I can't believe all the fake 5 star reviews. Be warned, this site is a scam and there is already an investigation going on. Read the complaints on the BBB website.

I want you guys to know I absolutely loved kevins service! He really explained everything so I could understand it and gave me 100% of his attention and solved all of my needs! It made it very simple to how to purchase the right phone for me and went above and beyond my expectations after the phone arrived! The staff here are very friendly and know what they’re doing. During these difficult times, they’ve been extremely patient and do their best to help customers I purchase a phone from them and it arrived I had issue setting it up with at&t I spoke with David in customer service he very patient and help to solve the problem

I woke up one day and my phone would not turn on-I was freaking out because I had to leave town that day. I called this company (after a rapid search online for a new phone), and reached Melvin who immediately helped locate the new phone I wanted. I requested online to ship it overnight and and begged melvin to get it over as soon as possible to me, and he quickly got me all set so I was able to make my the wait for the day. Even more, he was able to revive my phone so that I could use my current phone in the mean time! He was knowledgeable, provided INCREDIBLE service and was extremely friendly and sweet. I am so grateful to him for helping me out! I will be a customer for life :)

I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.

The staff at this store, they are PHENOMENAL. I shopped there on New Year's Eve, and Melvin helped me switched phones from old to new phone in no time. He was very knowledgeable, an expert customer service agent, and a credit to These guys. Lend this team to some of the other stores online. I am so grateful for the professionalism and support shown to me on my purchase. It was a great experience.

Cell2get is the gold standard of both in-store and online shopping. They operate at machine-like efficiency. Their staff is fully knowledgable on every product they sell and couldn't possibly be kinder. Cell2get is my go-to for just about everything electronic. Their schedule of open hours is a bit different than most other retailers (for Jewish religious observations).
Part of being American is learning and loving all other customs -- so when it comes to their hours; respect them and shop tomorrow!
