Ask for Melvin. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues with my recent purchase from them. Friendly and excellent customer service is hard to come by. lol no further and head to this location, Melvin will make sure you’re taken care of!

I have been only purchasing my phones from cell2get for the past 20 years. They have never let me down with their products and service.

Was dealing with the store manager assistant george. Excellent knowledge, quick help & follow up next day (after contacting them 3 days after I received my phone and that my service provider wouldn't help me get it up and running), if all is working and is correctly done.

Cell2Get sent the right phone but accessories were missing or downgraded from what was advertised under "Product Features" of the phone I ordered. An email reply and a phone conversation both said, "too bad, we sell overstock items. Return it if you're not satisfied." The box was missing ANY and ALL paperwork, the little pin to open the SIM port, and the advertised high-speed adapter promised as included in the purchase The adapter was a cheap foreign version with half the power of the one advertised on the Cell2Get page where I placed my order. When I checked the return policy, it said a 15% restock fee is charged for returns. Order at your own risk.

FOLLOW UP:
Cell2Get, Inc., after 3 weeks of email and phone exchanges, eventually sent the items that were missing in the initial package. The parts arrived in several partial mailings following my continued complaints.
Though they finally delivered the features promised on their website's cell phone description, it's doubtful I will do further business with Cell2Get.

Ordered a Usb modem and was exactly like was presented a new one and shipped on time. Melvin even went above and beyond when the postal service was running late and sent another one since I needed it for my trip! Great place to buy phones and all cellular items. You can count on cell2get! Excellent communication and easy to work with ,reliable and awesome knowledge of products!!

I ordered two phones with three-day delivery. After waiting a week I called cell2get and they said they would refund the shipping fee and overnight the phones, I would receive tracking info via email. Two days later I hadn't received tracking info, called, and I was told the exact same thing: they will overnight the next day, await the email. This happened three more times, finally the manager called me after I told cell2get I wanted a refund. He said I would be refunded. The phones arrived today (more than two weeks after my order), the refund hasn't been given so I'll keep the phones and the charges. The process was infuriating.

Ordered a new 4G phone. They sent me a clearly used 3G phone with a charger that was pieced together from the dollar store in an unlabeled box. I asked for a shipping label since I didn't receive what I ordered and the customer service rep is arguing with me like I personally offended him. It's bizarre and they are clearly swindlers.

I can't believe all the fake 5 star reviews. Be warned, this site is a scam and there is already an investigation going on. Read the complaints on the BBB website.

The staff here are very friendly and know what they’re doing. During these difficult times, they’ve been extremely patient and do their best to help customers I purchase a phone from them and it arrived I had issue setting it up with at&t I spoke with David in customer service he very patient and help to solve the problem

Steve was very helpful, patient, and professional as I bought a new phone from them over the website, I couldn’t have done it without him. Phone got in New as advertised and on time with usps ground shipping. I highly recommend this store. Thanks, steve for the knowledge and support.

I woke up one day and my phone would not turn on-I was freaking out because I had to leave town that day. I called this company (after a rapid search online for a new phone), and reached Melvin who immediately helped locate the new phone I wanted. I requested online to ship it overnight and and begged melvin to get it over as soon as possible to me, and he quickly got me all set so I was able to make my the wait for the day. Even more, he was able to revive my phone so that I could use my current phone in the mean time! He was knowledgeable, provided INCREDIBLE service and was extremely friendly and sweet. I am so grateful to him for helping me out! I will be a customer for life :)

I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.

Steve is a very knowledgeable professional.
Anytime I have questions or issue with my phone he got me the right answer.

The staff at this store, they are PHENOMENAL. I shopped there on New Year's Eve, and Melvin helped me switched phones from old to new phone in no time. He was very knowledgeable, an expert customer service agent, and a credit to These guys. Lend this team to some of the other stores online. I am so grateful for the professionalism and support shown to me on my purchase. It was a great experience.

Cell2get is the gold standard of both in-store and online shopping. They operate at machine-like efficiency. Their staff is fully knowledgable on every product they sell and couldn't possibly be kinder. Cell2get is my go-to for just about everything electronic. Their schedule of open hours is a bit different than most other retailers (for Jewish religious observations).
Part of being American is learning and loving all other customs -- so when it comes to their hours; respect them and shop tomorrow!

Amazing customer experience and good prices and the products!!! I've decided to finally make a review about them after I made another purchase from them! I bought my former device from them back in 2014 and now I've made another purchase from them and I'm excited and proud to be a loyal customer! For someone who came here just to buy a phone for the first time. I'm Definitely impressed! Everything went well and my samsung note 20 came in an original box and fully working on my Verizon 5G network. Overall it's an excellent place to buy phones from. I didn't get ripped off or got something else, I have personally got bad experience with Amazon and Verizon corporate stores leaching the life out of me. Gladly I will be looking forward to buy my next phone from cell2get
