They are the best source for cellphones I could imagine! Good deals and service, no hidden fees or extras. Overall I'm a happy customer that would continue to make purchases through them.

They cancelled my order immediately after payment

was too hasty in purchasing from Cell2get without reading more reviews from sites other than Cell2get. Didn't realize how low their ratings were and worried me so much. Very thankfully, the phone I ordered was delivered in good condition and as described, but a few weeks late. Originally they had told me over the phone that what I ordered wasn't available, but then found out they just got in a new stock. I think maybe the delayed shipping was due to weather and it being around the holidays. But be careful buying from here, using credit card info isn't safe. Paypal should be considered offered as an option in the future. My credit card company had blocked my account, so I had to call them thus finding out that some small fraudulent charges were made. Had to change credit card. Don't know if it was Cell2get, but they were the only site I purchased from for the first time. Just please be careful! And the only time I was contacted was when they needed to confirm my order/stock. I had to call them a few times to check if my order was shipped yet. I really do want to be fair and say they fulfilled my order well at least; the phone I needed came safely as promised. I would hope Cellhut would try to improve on service and reliability more so that true, honest reviews can be made to boost the site's credibility.

I specifically asked if the phone I was wanting to purchase was new. The response was absolutely all phones are new. Well not in original box, not original charger and deep scratches on bottom left of screen. Their solution don't use the phone and send it back. That really isn't an option to be without a phone and then who knows if and when I will get money back. If I have wanted a refurbished I could have gotten one from Amazon $100 cheaper. Stay away

I did ordered 256GB phone. They've send 128GB phone. I returned it. They postponed reimbursement until I opened dispute with my credit card company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Honest, straight forward, and products come as advertised. Had my order delivered to me and their customer service was quick to respond to my concern. They wanted me to ship it back and they shipped me the correct one immediately. Took a bit of a hassle but it is ok all as long as I am now satisfied.

Outstanding customer service! Had a phone come to me on time but sadly it wasn't with the right memory that I ordered initially, I called them up and put a request to exchange it, they were extremely quick with that entire process, and my phone now works perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with what I ordered.

Just came across their seller page through Walmart. They have good prices and exceptional customer service, they shipped quick and product came new in the box.

I'm shocked they still have those motorola moto G9 plus's brand new in the box lol! I'm so happy that I managed to get one and the price they had for it was unbeatable compared to other sellers! Would definitely buy again from them.

So far so good can't complain. Made my 2nd purchase through them for a galaxy note 10 plus, it came in brand new just not in original packaging as expected for a phone this age, but regardless its still new with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty. Shipping just like my last order was as expected with the method I selected, and their prices are fair to whats out there on the market. I will be glad to make another purchase with them again in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and offered very competitive prices. Both my husband and I purchased new phones, and they went above and beyond in answering all our questions and even assisted us with seamlessly transferring data between the phones.

Definitely a scam or close to a scam. Orderd a phone. A guy keeps answering, then he connects you to customer service, but that department is closed Friday and Monday. The customer service voice message is, they are busy with other customers, will return you call. Can't create an account, guess it ia a bug in the their website. VERY SHADY Totally scam.

Honestly never had an issue with them from the get go! Had placed an order with them just recently on the 5/8, for a Google pixel 6A. It arrived but sadly it wouldn't connect to my wifi or my sim card, figured there was an issue with the device. But luckily I was within the return window, and they quickly responded to my return request and sent me a label to send back the phone for an exchange. This entire thing took 3 days and it was quick, gladly now I have a phone that I'm extremely happy with and I must mention that their representatives were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 star all that board!!! 10/10 experience.
