She provide reassurance and find out how the situation has impacted me. Following that, she explained about their services to me and provided information about other agency that will be involved the matter. Also, she explained what will be required from me. Furthermore, she informed me about there charges. An agreement form was signed. Finally, I received an email from her and other agency that will involve in this matter as she stated.
