I ordered £700 of clothes, payment taken and order processing. I then got an email saying my payment did not clear security checks despite it being a cleared payment and not pending (and my main account I use for everything!) I contacted the company to inform them the payment had cleared. No response, had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Luckily I had the email they sent me saying the payment hadn’t passed security checks so it was straight forward, but very annoying and very poor customer service.

Still waiting for my refund . Can’t get in touch with anyone .

PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING FROM CETTIRE

The blazer I received appeared used/worn and damaged, with visible staining and a hole.

I never wore it, never tried it on and never removed the security seal. I photographed the condition and contacted CETTIRE immediately. They authorised the return.

After receiving it back, CETTIRE rejected my refund saying the blazer was “used/worn.” This was exactly the condition I had complained about before returning it.

CETTIRE later claimed the blazer had been washed, smelled of detergent and that the security seal had been tampered with. I categorically deny this. I never washed, wore or tried on the blazer.

The matter is now under formal dispute with my bank.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from CETTIRE again and I would advise others to be extremely careful, particularly when buying expensive items where you may need to rely on their returns process.

Genuine products, biblical waiting times

The sunglasses I purchased were priced well compared to other online retailers and shipped very quickly.

I was hoping the moschino jacket would of come in a nice presented moschino box.

I returned my product because it was one size too big. cettire has gone radio silent despite the return being over 10 days ago. I asked for Store credits with the intention of buying the smaller size but no response thus far. Awful customer experience thus far.

Look like all items not authentic. And very bad communication.
Also charge cancel or return fee

I will and advice not use this site no longer more.

Title: Terrible First Experience – Misleading Promotion, Poor Customer Service, and Delayed Delivery

I wish I had read more reviews before placing my first order with Cettire. What should have been an exciting luxury shopping experience has been nothing but frustrating.

I placed my first order through their app, which advertised a 10% discount for first-time app purchases. Unfortunately, the discount was not applied. I contacted customer service immediately, expecting a simple resolution.

Instead of honoring the advertised promotion or offering a reasonable adjustment, I was told that my order had already been processed and could not be canceled. Their suggested solution was to wait until the item arrived and then return it within 14 days.

Seriously? Rather than simply adjusting the price to reflect their advertised promotion, their solution was to have an item shipped to me, only for me to ship it right back? Not only is that incredibly inconvenient for the customer, but it also creates completely unnecessary shipping costs, packaging waste, and environmental impact. It makes absolutely no sense.

To make matters worse, my order was shipped on October 16, with an expected delivery date of October 25. As of October 28, I still haven’t received my package, and the tracking information provides no meaningful updates about when it will arrive. Once again, I’ve had to contact customer service myself to find out what’s happening.

I understand that shipping delays can occur and that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the way Cettire handles these situations. There seems to be very little effort to provide practical solutions or make things right for the customer.

For a retailer selling expensive designer merchandise, I expected a much higher standard of service. Instead, I’ve encountered rigid policies, disappointing communication, and a complete lack of flexibility over something that should have been easily resolved.

This was my first purchase with Cettire, and based on this experience, it will very likely be my last.

My advice to potential customers: Be cautious. Attractive prices mean very little when the customer service behind them is this disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes in my usual size which never goes wrong and it turned out to be small. The main issue is the return fees that are charged by Cettire, they are extremely unreasonable and insanely high! The fees are calculated based on the original price of the item regardless of any discounts available which is unfair. I had to return the shoe and lost more than $100 which is the cost of a new pair of decent shoes! Never ordering again from them as they are not in line with other retailers.

I ordered a Valentino skirt and two coordinating blouses. I was later informed that the skirt was no longer available.
I sent Customer Service an email requesting not to be charged a return or processing fee for returning the blouses since the entire outfit was not delivered,But I was denied.

I didn’t like this time that I can’t buy with prepared taxes. And the reason I bought before was that it was cheaper than buy here in Israel. But now when you canceled prepayed taxes it’s not good

Right after my payment I got the shipment announcement, the purse was delibered only 2 days later. Great abd reliable service.

Item description is different from reality.
But i accept it.

My order took to long to process and ship after placing the order.
