Terrible experience from start to finish

Terrible experience from start to finish.

My order arrived extremely late compared to the promised delivery date, and on top of that, I received the wrong product. The entire process has been poorly managed and completely uncoordinated.
I am still dealing with customer support, and the complaint handling has been just as disappointing, slow, ineffective, and with no real resolution so far.
Overall, everything went wrong. I would absolutely not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again.
Very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Still haven’t received my item! BEWARE

Still haven’t received my item. There is no way of contacting anyone at CETTIRE so you cannot speak to anyone about delivery etc. FedEx are appalling and will not leave the package without a signature and I have been waiting over a week and I can’t speak to anyone and it’s very very frustrating and will put me off shipping g at CETTIRE again .
