Only able to Review 1 product the…

Only able to Review 1 product the Tshirt is fine but still havent recieved my Sunglasses which were on the same order. After multiple times of chasing an update all I have is it has now been passed to the Priority Shipping wh8ch is what I already payed for. Its passed 10 Business days.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever, they never respond to the emails and messages and phone calls. The delivery date that they provide is never correct after shipping the item, it’s not even close. I have an item that was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago and that’s what still shows on the website and I haven’t received that yet and the tracking number doesn’t work either. Tried sending emails and messages and never got a respond back

Excellent experience

The purchase process was easy, delivery was relatively prompt (considering my purchased item came from Europe) , it was well packaged, overall easy and pleasant, love the item. PS: I could not find this item in Australia at the time except Cettire store, so thank you and well done Cettire!)

i LOVE CETTIRE

Genuinely, i love CETTIRE.. literally my FAVORITE site. I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping with CETIRE. The selection of designer pieces is top-tier, and I always find exactly what I’m looking for without having to dig too hard.

Everything I’ve ordered has arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The quality is always on point, and the prices are honestly some of the best I’ve seen for luxury items online.

It’s rare to find a platform that consistently delivers like this, but Cettire definitely does. I’ll keep coming back for more. PLEASE DON’T CHANGE a thing.

Nightmare with Cettire return

I’ve ordered the jimmy choo heels with Cettire but the size is not fit and the product has some default. I requested the return on the same day and the return was collected on the next wording day. Then my nightmare started. Cettire claimed I return the incorrect product and attached two photos of trainers I have no idea about it. They refuse to return my money and acted negatively in investigation. I disputed my credit card charge but the credit card company need 6-8 weeks to investigate. I kind of no idea what should be my next steps.
PLEASE NEVER use Cettire!!

Disaster

Disaster. I have contacted customer support but email gets answered by different people who don’t bother to check what the issue is about by reading the trail of emails. I ordered a pair of pants TWICE from DarkPark only to be sent a faulty order: missing parts of it, a chain in particular.
