Such a scam website - avoid it! Return policy is violating basic Consumers Rights legislation in the UK that offers a statutory right of return for online purchases if the return is notified to the seller within 14 days of delivery. This is guidance is from the UK GOV page:
“ You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their item that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the item once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the item back. They do not have to provide a reason. You cannot deduct any fees from their refund, unless the item has been used or damaged.”

Your return policy says that the item must have reached you within 14 days of delivery which is an extremely short period and clearly violating basic UK consumer rights. Fix it!!

The price was good compared to other online sales. Also the delivery time was pretty good. The packaging should be improved since the good came in box os a different designer.

Trash customer service nobody can even get in touch with you or talk to somebody physically real human instead of just writing. I’m so sick of this dumb website stuff I could never even get no updates on my order real disappointing.

Never purchase from Cettire before and there were a few negative reviews I’d seen.
I’ve had very satisfactory experience and would buy a product from this company again.

One item wasn't available and Cettire returned promptly the money!

You sent me the wrong item, and even after I returned it, you still deducted a HKD $200 administrative fee. I have followed up multiple times, and each time I was told the matter is under review. It has passed for a month, and the issue remains unresolved.

Cannot drop off to a location, courier has to come and pick it up. Also, it doesn’t fit well, and now I have to pay return fee.

It has been over 2 weeks since my order was placed and I have not received any update about my item shipping.

I expected a large size, Before buying, look for the reference of the bag's measurements, since you do not mention the size in the description, the measurements are for a large bag, but the model received is medium, and on its internal label it says medium

FedEx was supposed to pick up item as I have requested a return and they did not come on the scheduled day/time - And this is supposed to cost £20 for a return

The company charges fees to return the item. You will be charged for a return shipping, $28 restocking fee plus $50 fee if your item is over $500. Taxes also are not refundable. The bag $2200 got a refund $2070. Make sure you want to keep the item you are buying.
