I had the pleasure of having the checks undertaken by Bethan Murphy for our properties at Hardwicke Gloucester. After her visits to the properties she emailed me and advised me in great detail regarding the work i have been doing regarding all the neccessary checks that are required. After another conversation she made sure she had answered alll my questions throughly and added a few more points she thought might be useful.i would advise any landlord to have these checks as things are changing all the time and its quite a lot to think about.
