Easy to light,burns really clean,and gives out a great heat

Great fire .Lots of compliments in the looks department.Gives off extremely good heat and cottage never been so warm and cosy.
Looks stylish and classy.Classic but contemporary....
Extremely easy to keep clean and only negative was sold as having spare bricks included which never came .Or at least the fitter never left them.!

But bought the direct air inlet flex pipe and fittings thought it was a rip off £55
Flex pipe was not long enough went to local builders merchants bought two longer lengths for £ 20

The Charnwood C5 stove that we purchased has been very impressive during the first few weeks of it's use. We had it installed professionally just before Christmas 2025 and it has kept us all very warm and cosy during the cold nights. The build quality is very good and the functionality is excellent.

We have recently purchased two Charnwood log burners for our new home . We had a Charnwood C5 in pewter, in our previous home and on moving house decided to go for Charnwood again as we were really pleased. We currently have a Skye 5 in almond and a C5 in blue. They are both so easy to use and we love the colours! They give off plenty of heat and have a 10 year warranty. I’d highly recommend Charnwood log burners.

Vent on the wood burner is not good enough on the Cranmore 3Kw sl you have to keep the door open to keep it going most of the time

Bought a 5 kw C5 for a 45sq meter space and it’s super warm, supper efficient and simple to install.

We researched what we needed and what we wanted. Charnwood came out tops in everything. Manufactured in UK, British materials, excellent quality. good size and very good price. We contracted them for assistance in planning the hearth, size, fireproofing etc. nothing is too much trouble for them. They really are the best of British and we would recon them to other purchasers.

Recently moved home and we installed a Charnwood C4 stove. We had a similar stove in our previous home which we didn’t think could be bettered, but the little Charnwood has surpassed all expectations. It is so simple to use, always lights first time and it gives out much more heat than it should for the size.
Classique Fires in Carrickfergus were very helpful throughout the process and their fitters went above and beyond.

The customer service is top class and a service ive never experienced before. I was purchasing some door hinges for my fire due to a problem with my fire door. After my purchase I did send them an email to confirm my purchase. That was over a weekend. On the Monday, I received a lovely email from the Manager who kindly sent me the hinges in the post, which arrived the next day. He also sent a member of their Technical team
to come out a and fit the new hinges and. All of this was free of charge. The kindness they both shown me. They were professional, but yet very friendly. There arent enough words. Other than it was Platinum service. Makes it even better that they make the best log burners. I will definitely go direct to them if I need anything again in the future. I have never experienced service like.

I purchased a Charnwood Country 4 Eco Blue just over 3 years ago from Stoves Direct as we had had a great experience quality wise with a Charnwood multi-fuel burner in another property which has had no issues for nearly 40 years.

Knowing very well how to how to light and maintain a wood burner and not letting it go too hot on any occasions, I was very surprised when it came to being swept recently that we could not get the fire brick out due to the back plate warping. It had to be broken to get it out.

I have taken this up with were I purchased the stove who in turn forwarded it to Charnwood to be told that these internal parts warp due to over heating which we have never done. I have a thermometer on it as well.

I can only put if down to it being a bad quality product / parts as they use a metal back plate rather than using fire bricks internally for this area to meet new emission legislation. Not impressed with quality or customer services response at all
