It was a fiddly, tricky job which faced Simon and Nathan. They ensured they fully understood our requirement and expectation. They worked very hard in cramped space and some very undesirable weather at times, to ensure this was completed to the best standard possible. We are thrilled with the brickwork. Such a great match and line up to the existing brick.

All of the chaps who worked on the job were friendly, approachable and listened to our feedback as they progressed through the job. We're extremely satisfied with the end result. As a result of their professionalism, the whole process of the repair works felt relatively stress free. Big Thank You's to Simon, Nathan, Ant and Sam. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived promptly and carried out the repairs in a timely fashion.

This was a complicated repair job. While it took longer than originally estimated this was not a bad thing as it meant that it was being done in better weather. The bricklayer is particular did a great job and was very friendly. Thoroughly recommended

I was very happy with the service and the team, especially Caroline the Project Manager who was very efficient, understanding, and kept in touch right from the begining to the end.
Communication, updates and the workmen were all friendly and enjoyed their jobs. Well done.

Great service

Absolutely fantastic work carried out by the Decorator (Peter) to make good walls etc, paint and clean our rooms downstairs following a water leak at our property. All work was done to an excellent standard by each trade that attended, but Peter really impressed us with his attention to detail, reliability and tidiness. He was also very respectful of our property. Now we are nearing the end of the ‘project’ we are very relieved and very happy with how Charter have looked after us these past weeks.

Charter was commissioned by our insurance company after a distressing flood that brought a ceiling down and caused chaos. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful, responsive and conscientious and got the job done quickly. Special thanks to Caroline in the office, Neil the surveyor and Matt E, who did the redecoration to a very high standard and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

The work was carried out efficiently and effectively and completed ahead of schedule. Every attempt was made to blend the new repairs in with the existing fence line and hedge, so that it’s effectiveness and appearance are great.

I had some good experiences with Charter Property Repairs and I would like to praise above all Lea the claims manager and Neil who assessed the property. Also mentoned in dispatches are Marcus, Patrick, Robert, Geoff and Tyler. The only downside was that some of the people just came in in muddy boots and I had to ask some of the tradsemen (not all) to put down a protective cover although in all fairness many did without being asked. Once again a big thank you to Lea.
