It took 6 hours
It took 6 hours for the saved credit card error to be declined or at least to get the notification. In that time the price went up by 120 dollars.
The decline should have been immediate.
This was about the first booking [2421468534].

We usually will automatically trigger an email message to inform customers when that happens. It doesn't look like that happen with your booking as the decline message we received from your financial institution wasn't clear and requested we try to obtain a manual approval with them. That is why we were unable to trigger an automatic decline message to you and once our staff got to your booking the next morning the airfare had increased. We apologize for not notifying you sooner.
We recognize your frustration that the cost of the airfare increased. Unfortunately airfare is not guaranteed until a valid form of payment is received and the ticket(s) are issued. This is included in the terms and conditions you agreed to when you booked online.
We hope you will consider using CheapAir.com again in the future. Thank you.

I wasn't provided with the airline I…
I wasn't provided with the airline I was flying and lost my fly and luggage.
I was at airport 3 hours before looking for the airline and fly and missed it because as use y the time I figure out that it was not Polaris.nor Aeromemexico but the fly was with Delta and no were was listed on my confirmation.

On our confirmation e-mails, we included that the first flights of your May 30th itineraries were to be operated by Delta. We also note that the issue was touched upon back on May 23rd when you reached out to us about a name correction issue for the original reservation.
Did you not see that on the confirmation emails we sent to you?
We reached out to Aeromexico to see if they would allow you
to rebook your flights from today--either through us or with them directly--but they reminded us that you purchased their Basic Economy fares for May 30th, which are non-refundable and do not permit itinerary changes whatsoever. While we and
Aeromexico certainly understand your frustration, the airline says that if you did not use your tickets with them as scheduled today, that you would have been marked as a "No Show" and that the value of the tickets would be forfeit to the airline.
I know that is not the answer you would like, but only the airline itself can waive or bend their own rules, and in this instance they have declined to do so.
We have emailed you all the information about your tickets and how you can proceed. Please let us know if we may try to be of further assistance.
