I booked a late night flight by mistake…
I booked a late night flight by mistake thinking it was a morning flight. CheapAir changed the flight for me. I was refunded for the original flight and booked another. There was very little money lost. Thanks CheapAir.

Good for going...
Two years ago, I used another site to book air travel and when that flight was cancelled, I went back to the site to ask for a refund. I am still waiting for it. With CheapAir.com, they are more local to me and I feel that any issues can more easily be remedied than was the case with my previous experience.
Also, the customer service is great. I contacted them one evening with a perplexing issue and had a remedy by the next morning! Totally unexpected but I was also very pleased!

Easy to locate a flight that had all the connections and dates I needed the first time I looked. And the price was very comparable. Thank you. I am a travel agent and cheap Air beat my companys price.
I like the idea that I didn't have to search and search to find times that weren't after midnight!

Great ticket price
Cheapair did actually have the cheapest tickets and fees that I found. I got my confirmation quickly and hopefully there will be no issues when it’s time to fly.
