Upon arrival the waist band on the shorts were already undone so they are not wearable. The whole waist band is coming off. I juat wanted to wear the shorts I paid almost 30 for.

Extremely disappointing experience with CherryKitten.
The quality of the products is shockingly bad. Honestly, Shein looks like a luxury brand in comparison. The trousers I received were completely see through and so thin they felt thinner than paper. The bag arrived with visible scratches and was also very poor quality.
When I contacted customer service to arrange a return because the items were clearly not as expected, they immediately tried to persuade me to keep them by offering a 30% refund. This is completely unacceptable. Why should customers accept a partial refund for products that are faulty or of such poor quality? The quality issues are not the customer's fault.
After I refused the partial refund and requested a proper return, I was told that I would need to ship the items back to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost is extremely expensive, making the whole return process unreasonable and unfair. I had already paid shipping to receive the order, and now I am expected to pay a significant amount more just to return poor quality items.
Terrible product quality, terrible customer service, and a return policy that seems designed to discourage customers from returning unsuitable items.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from CherryKitten to think twice. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Everything is VERY cheaply made. Incredibly disappointed with the quality considering the price point
For some reason my original review was flagged by the company, so it seems they are trying to have poor reviews taken down.
the shirt I ordered is so small and the decal is so poorly printed on it’ll probably rip after one wash. Same thing with the bathing suit.
The pajamas are see through and the quality is so poor. Please save your money, the return process is also difficult.

Clothes are verrrry small. I ordered 2XL, because I knew they would be smaller in size. Normally I waer an M to XL, depending on the style and clothes sizing. But still 2 XL could fit a child, but not me. The top is still wearable, but I have to gift the dress away.
