Great tasting and you can taste the quality. I am upset that when I received the chocolate bars and discs they were MELTED. I had to stick in freezer right away. I know it has been hot out but need a way of shipping to stay intact.

Love the dark chocolate. Hate the customer service!

The candy tasted old and gritty. It should be smooth and creamy and it wasn’t. But that’s okay because they gave me a refund already. Thank you and have a nice day.

I had ordered 3 Dream Bars and also the Dubai discs, and all arrived in various melted states. The discs were salvageable by immediately refrigerating them; they tasted fantastic the next day - high quality chocolate. The Dream Bars, which I had purchased to surprise a friend, were a total liquid mess. I emailed my complaint and within hours got an apology and offer of a full refund or replacement. They were very responsive and cooperative. I will wait until much cooler weather to re-order the Dream Bars again but am satisfied with how they responded and with the quality of the chocolate.

Unfortunately my bars arrived completely melted, but it was in the middle of that heat wave. Once I put them in the fridge and they resolidified, they tasted pretty good.

Beware!! Their "guaranteed" shipping is a joke. I ordered special GF brownies for Father's Day. They were guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day. I made the mistake of trusting them and didn't have a back up. Customer Service is AWOL - no response to the three emails I sent. I have no idea if they will refund - I'll be putting in a claim for fraud. My suggestion - don't trust this company or the "shop" app they make you download to check tracking. It doesn't work, and they try to sell you more things. Needless to say, my husband didn't have a great FD watching me stress about it all day (It was his main gift) **Edited to add - I did get a email with a copy of the refund (I'll be checking my bank to be sure) but zero apology.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values gift giving and getting something delivered as promised. I paid for delivery by Father’s Day, the most expensive option, and it is not going to get there. Five voicemails, two emails, no call back and nothing done to fix the problem.

Easy to order from a delicious assortment of chocolates - the Sea Salt Bourbon Almonds and Espresso Martini Cordials from the Gems Collection are excellent. I ordered some as a gift but kept a couple for myself - so glad I did this so that I knew exactly what type of gift I was giving and how delicious this gift would be. Highly recommended!

This was a gift to my wife, so I swore not to eat a bite. However, she loves the Wolfgang Puck assorted truffles. She says they are high quality and loves the moment when she will pick just one to eat for the day. On my end, the website was easy to navigate. Processing the cart was a breeze. I received my elegant package in perfect condition. It came in just a few days.

Creating my own chocolate bars, lots of optional ingredients to choose from. I appreciate the many fruit options as I love fruits in my chocolate.

I grew up in Philadelphia and had a local candy store that sold broken milk chocolate. Years later, I found out that their chocolate supplier was Merckens. Fast forward thirty years, and I have once again found that delicious flavor from Chocolate.com

I had a horrible experience with chocolate.com. In response to a chocolate.com Mother's Day ad I placed an order on April 21, 2025 to arrive on May 8th, a few days in advance of Mother's Day. The order was paid for and confirmed by chocolate.com. When the order didn't arrive I placed a few phone calls and left messages because no one ever answered their customer service phone number. I received no response. I also sent a few emails and eventually received a response after Mother's Day saying the order was running late and offered me a $12 credit on a $100 order. A couple of days later they canceled the order. It was bad enough that the order was canceled but even worse that they never notified me in advance that I would not be receiving the order for Mother's Day. To add insult to injury they only offered a $12 credit which was no help when I was left without a gift for Mother's Day. I will never order from this company again as they seem to have no interest in meeting their commitments, satisfying their customers orders, or addressing their customer's concerns.
