Due to some confusion on my part, I ended up paying for the license twice. Customer support immediately responded to my request to refund the portion I should not have paid. I was very pleasantly surprised, and would certainly do business with system again and would recommend them to my friends.

I use the downloader/video converter.

I purchased Cisdem Duplicate Finder expecting it to help me clean up my files, but the software simply doesn’t work as advertised. I followed all the steps, tried different folders and settings, but it either freezes or fails to detect duplicates correctly.

What’s worse is the customer support — I submitted a refund request over a week ago and haven’t received any reply. No confirmation, no update, nothing. It feels like they completely ignore customer issues once they have your money.

Very disappointing experience overall. Poor product and even worse support. I definitely do not recommend Cisdem to anyone.

Had to ask for release of code so I could use it on my new computer. Service was incredibly prompt and so polite.

I was having trouble entering my licence code after renewal. I contacted Joey at Cisdem support. Joey responded and resolved the issue incredibly quickly. Five stars for sure! thank you!!

The app does what I need to do and when I needed assistance some years later I got a response before the day was out.

I own three Cisdem products, one of which is an updated version of a previous purchase. They all perform admirably, and the support is quick and knowledgeable.

A really good duplicate checker, good value and seriously prompt and helpful online support. If you want a second license to add to one already bought, ask for a discount. They say yes immediately.

I had a tech issue when trying to install and use their software, I emailed the company and they helped me solve the problem incredibly quickly. They replied to each email within minutes, diagnosed the issue and gave me advice on how to fix it. Software now running smoothly.

I took out a subscription to a software package that worked well, but after a couple of years I had no further use for it. Unfortunately I overlooked cancelling my subscription before the due date and the payment was made automatically. My mistake, but I felt it was worth asking Cisdem support if this could be refunded given that I hadn't used the software for some time. They came came right back to me within a day saying that they were issuing a refund. Thank you Cisdem, it is rare to find this level of integrity in business today.

Cisdem was very responsive when I required a new license due to computer upgrade. The software has also worked flawless across generations of operating systems.

I purchased a copy of Cisdem PdfMaster in 2022 as part of a bundlehunt bundle. Great program! I recently tried to reinstall the program and my licence code would not work. This is not unusual for bundle hunt software when a new version is released and is a disappointing aspect of their software bundles (Not bundlehunt's fault). Hoping for the best I sent a quick email to Cisdem requesting help. Not only did they reply within minutes but they provided advice and a direct link to the latest version of their software which accepted my licence code. Usually in this situation software companies just offer you a discount to upgrade to their latest version and refuse to support previous versions which means your licence lasts a year if you're lucky! Cisdem was such a refreshing company that actually has outstanding customer service that solved my problem immediately. Cisdem now has me as a customer for life. Thanks so much Joey and Cisdem! Great product and great company!

The service was very quick and effective

I’m in the process of switching MacBooks and reached out to the support team to ask how to deactivate the software on my old MacBook so that I could activate on my new MacBook. This was around 7:30pm Eastern Time. Within a couple hours I received a response telling me that my serial number had been released which allowed me to assign it to my new MacBook. A couple minutes later, it was done! Thank you so much for the very quick response. I really appreciate it!

My license key didn't work after installing PDF converter on a new computer,send an email and it was fixed within hours.Top Top
