This Company is the worst Signed up for them to help with my Cridit they faithfully took funds from my account with no problem 10 months to be exact after the 6th month they were not helping me just holding my money in in their account then they lied to me and said they were going into court never happened for one of my accounts they owe me $2,5008.03 every time I call no one answers my calls they keep giving me the run around your money will be refunded in your account and I did it at a proper time I feel like they are predators and they pray on people then they want you to open up another loan I closed my account with them in a timely manner once I seen they were not BBB affiliated the girl on the line keeps telling me over and over your money will be refunded on Friday never happens this is a sad situation when they pray on people that needs help I will not give up I want my refund they took out $278 for 10 months out of my account and I canceled at the fourth month then they tell me they went into court to settle with portfolio recovers recoveries which never happened

I didn't have to raise a finger to get everything done. How fabulous is that! Alex is the best at what he does so ask for him.

I don't know Chris' last name but he was excellent in explaining the program to me. I got burnt by another co. That took me for about $1500 so I was very hesitant at first. He explained how it all worked and assured me Citizens was a reputable business. Also customer service did a follow up and helped me to feel even more comfortable.

Would never recommend. No communication. No results. They have failed me and now I am being contacted by attorneys from the banks I owe. I am so disappointed I would not recommend them to an enemy. What do I do now? They have left me to the sharks and they still have all my money. Warning! Never use this company. It will be the worst thing you've ever done. Use National debt relief.
