EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY ‼️I PAID IN $1800 TO THIS COMPANY ‼️FOUND A BETTER WAY & REQUESTED A REFUND MONTHS AGO‼️ALL IVE BEEN GIVEN IS THE RUNAROUND ‼️ALONG WITH A MILLION EXCUSES‼️‼️ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT BY JUNE 30 2025‼️STILL NOTHING & THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS‼️AT THIS POINT IM HIRING AN ATTORNEY BECAUSE THEYRE NOT WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO BE‼️AND NO DEBT WAS RESOLVED FOR ME‼️ ATHEY ARENT WORTH IT‼️

So far, they have done everything they said they would do

I appreciated how the company stayed in touch with me. If I ever had questions by text, I was able to get answers as well as emails with my concerns. Addressed, they work with me on the amount that I can pay monthly be in that I was on a fixed income overall. The process was painless, sometimes we're very hard. But the outcome and the end process was the main result. And I'm so happy with the way they helped me get away from this debt. I recommend.

Unsure now the experience has been a little rocky but only 4 stars

The whole process from the first phone call was very professional. Mr. Kay had all my information and calculations ready to discuss. The papers signed and the documents were completed. Very efficient job.

It is disappointing that what should be a trusted source is essentially stealing peoples money. Review your Reliant (RAM) Accounts for your current escrow funds. See if it matches the payments negotiated and accepted by you, if any and verify that your creditors have received the funds. Demand someone at Citizens Debt Relief give you the Login and Password. It is your account and your funds are held until withdrawn by Citizens Debt Relief or check is cut to your Creditors less the maintenance fees by Reliant of $10.95 per monthly fee and $20.00 for their Annual Fee. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!

Was wonderful and helping me fix the credit problem that I had and pretty much guided me in every step of the way from answering my questions to informing me thoroughly what the process holds going forward. Highly Recommended in handling your credit needs

Enrolled in a program in April 2024 to consolidate 5 separate creditors. Six months into the program, I was advise to to do a loan in the amount of their proposed settlement plan amounts, $35K. Applied and got loan on 36 month payment terms. This month, received an email that settlement with creditors was completed and all funds ($35K loan) had been expended. Only 1 creditor paid in full and partial disbursements to remaining 4 creditors. Now I'm responsible for remaining balances with said creditors as well as $35K loan. Final statement from CDR showed they paid themselves their 20% ($19K). Same balance owed to remaining 4 creditors. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

If I could rate negative stars I would. I cancelled this service and asked for a refund. I have gotten the run around for more that a month. Every person I talk to on the phone gives me different information and when I try to find out more, I get different answers. Horrible customer service, no one seems to know what others are doing. I think it is just a way to make people give up. It is ridiculous! First they said 2 weeks, then it was 21 days, then it was 21 business days, now I just got an email saying it would be 30 days. Like WTF?

First of all I get a document that has my forged signature on it. It reads i have 3 days to cancell. The document is dated in dec. Hard to make it in three days. They told me it would lnr harm my credit that was wrong. I called paul hyyland several times no call back. I never got how it's paid. This isnt anything like I was told. Told it isn't a consolidation process it's thru the government . So it's all bogus. I want my money you took and canceled. I'm doing want I'm told. But how do you cancel if you have 3 days from a ficticious dates to cancel. I've left my number. I will update

I am so disappointed with citizens debt relief and Brandon. Brandon and Amanda were so convincing that they would be the answer for our problems. They even asked me to write a five star review for them so they could get a bonus, which I did. What a fool I feel like now. My wife and I were told that it would take 3 or 4 months until our debt would start being paid off. Now they are saying 4 to 6. We have paid them for 6 months and soon it will be 7 months. Now we are being sued and being threatened with a lean against our house and wage garnishment. Last week CDR sent an email that they need 20% of the debt too start the process. This was NEVER told to us in the begining when talking to Brandon or Amanda. They definitely said it would be settled in 3 or 4 months. Unfortunately we were victims of a scam that wiped us out which is why we sought CDR's help.
I've made several phone calls and never get through. They say leave your number and they will call you back. That has never happened. I feel like I've gone from one scam to another. My experience has gone from a very good to start, to terrible now. I'm afraid this company may be bad news.
My next stop is the press.
