The survey was promptly carried out and the report was received within days. It was very detailed making it easy to identify the work needed to be done urgently and that which could be regarded as on-going maintenance. Would highly recommend.

The survey was excellent because it was carried out quickly, professionally, and with clear communication throughout. Everything was ok, provided quotes etc started to move forward with this and then told me they don’t cover the area… not great.

Professional and well-informed, though the survey cost was slightly higher than other quotes I received.
One area for improvement is clarity in the report: some items rated as ‘3’ (urgent action) didn’t clearly explain the urgency, and a few items rated as ‘2’ were described in a way that suggested more serious issues. Otherwise, the service overall was helpful and well presented.
