Our survey was done promptly and the report was extremely detailed. We now know that the property we are buying matches the price we have agreed and the surveyor has clearly explained work that needs to be done. The report arrived within five days as promised.

My request was dealt with really quickly. I needed a Red valuation for a probate submission.My experience with approximately 6 other companies was that they were quoting double the price, and double the timescale ! The required report was very professional and delivered 2 days early.

First of all, the booking process was really easy and straight forward, with everything explained very well. Communication is also very good once booked in aswell.

Onto the report, the survey report was sent to us within a couple of days of the appointment which was sooner than we expected. The level of detail in the report was perfect, all explained clearly. We particularly appreciated the images to support each statement being made (which we haven’t had from other companies we have worked with in the past).

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Bloor!
