Level 2 survey
I was after a survey done quick whilst others couldn’t accommodate, CJ Bloor even managed to beat their own estimate and I was updated at every step and so were the Vendors, the report followed within a couple of days and was very extensive and professional.
I would definitely use again.

Good advise given over the phone as to which type of survey best suited our requirements. Appointment to suit our timescale. Survey report was professional in its production, was thorough and extremely detailed. Points requiring attention and future considerations were well documented. Recommendations for our legal side to pursue were also included.

Mostly negatives but turnaround was quick
Positive - Survey was produced quickly, next working day.
Negatives - the surveyor didn’t call in advance as promised, didn’t introduce himself or offer to take shoes off to look around the property.
