Dealt with Cladding Monkey on 2 separate occasions so far. Product is really good. The reason I will always use this company is the customer service and sales support, which is excellent; professional, knowledgeable and friendly, Kellie dealt with my requests and technical questions which enabled me to complete a really good job.

We've had an absolute nightmare with our order from CladdingMonkey on delivery of a small order of panels and trims for a commercial kitchen unit.

Order was placed on a Friday and we spent £95 on a next working day delivery service to fit in with our tradesmen on site. On the Tuesday we waited around all day for the panels to arrive with no tracking and we received nothing. After 10 to 15 calls to Cladding Monkey we realised we were not going to get in touch with them until the following day. When we did speak to them they said their couriers had lost the parcel and they would send a replacement next day for a pre 12pm delivery. It came 48hrs later at 4:30pm, as an incomplete order.

We chased them the following Monday for the missing items, which we were assured would be delivered next day. These arrived 4 days later on a Thursday at 5pm.

In fairness, everyone we spoke to was sympathetic to the situation and polite on the phone - however we waited 14 days for a next day delivery service. I wasn't planning on leaving a bad review until Cladding Monkey told us that they would not be refunding our shipping cost in full as their couriers didn't refund them - which means we got a £55 refund from a £95 delivery charge, despite paying £340 PER DAY for labourers to be onsite to collect and an install items that simply did not show up, not to mention wasted rent on renovating a space that could not be completed until our order arrived.

In summary:
- Nice People, but impossible to contact after 2pm
- 14 Days for a 'next day' order to arrive
- Overall we are out of pocket around £1.2k in wages after spending £600 + £95 Delivery charge because we used this company.

Avoid.

I needed some cladding for my shower cubicle but wasn't sure what trims I needed to get.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, explaining the types of trims available and how to fit them.
