Joke of a company. Ordered cladding sheets. Driver did not deliver the sheets and made a signature up stating delivery was refused. Spoke to Christine which is worse than the driver, has promised to refund my money been over 16working days and no refund. Not replying to my emails? Absolutely disgusting service from cladding monkey.

The whole service and product experience has been good as ever with the girls in the office being very helpful to resolve my timing issues and enabling me to get my jobs done on time.

All I can say I have been a kitchen & Bathroom fitter for 15yrs, quite often use this 1.5mm cladding in commercial kitchens, the standard of cladding & trims are perfect for the job and there are a lot of business that could learn from this companies service, fast accurate delivery, they do EXACTLY what they say and when they say it perfect company

I cant rate this company high enough they got me out of a hole today and even helped with the shipping costs. I had an answer within minutes and was shipped out in the next 30 minutes. Amazing service will definitely use again , thanks to everyone you've saved my reputation today !!

Never ever order from this company, they have no concept of customer service. Never deal with a guy whose name rhymes with Eve he is incompetent to say the absolute least. Ignorant and unhelpful. Their products are sub standard and they have the audacity to charge £30 per delivery. I asked them to add to an order placed this morning, so i wouldn't have to pay another £30 for delivery but they said they couldn't as it had already left them?? 3 hours later?? ok fair enough, since i have spent almost £4000 with you guys in less than 2 weeks, can you give me a discount code for £30 so i could save on delivery this one time? ah no This customer rep is shockingly bad at his job and dismisses any type of customer service basic protocol like being polite, or treating customers with respect or even valuing customers. After reading their replies below it seems 2 things are very clear 1) the whole management and company have a disregard for customer service 2) had they spent half the time actually training their staff that customers pay the bills and to have some level of customer service then we would not be here where we are today 😂

I only tried to order from them again because as i said i had already spent almost £4000 and needed the same product for the walls but i would never use them again based on The guys name that rhymes with Eve 😂😂 service and the poor quality of product.

AVOID at all costs, ignore the good reviews they are planted, read the poor reviews, that's an accurate description of their business.

Edit: like I said avoid at all costs instead of admitting they employ sub standard staff like (you know who I’m referring to) , they slander the customer. Customer service of the highest standards!!!

Edit 2: after using profanity in their reply to me, they were forced to change their reply hahah shows you exactly what type of company cladding monkey are. Like I said AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edit 3: more slander, course you did. Nothing to do with the fact that Trust Pilot check reviews and look unfavourably to swearing or profanity, in which case your reply would have been taken down and hence you had to re do it. Excellent representation of yourselves guys, swearing on reviews and then having to change them 😂. This should honestly tell you everything about the customer service level from these guys.

Edit 4: guys they are still on it with this review, it’s 10pm and they are still trying to get me to change the review. And as a further update I have mildly burnt my risotto, hope your happy lads, it’s burnt risotto for me since you guys can’t treat customers right 😂😂

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I ordered some cladding sheets which failed to arrive (despite paying for 2-3 day delivery). After 11 attempts to get hold of someone, I finally had a voicemail left telling me that my items would be with me the next day (but no apology). Surprise surprise - They didn't turn up. After another 14 calls and 3 emails, I was eventually sent a refund but still no apology. Chaotic and inefficient outfit. AVOID.

Placed an order over a week ago, paid for 2to 3 days delivery, still waiting……. Customer service is very poor, not helpful with no urgency to rectify and get the order fulfilled…… very disappointed

I needed something to freshen my bathroom up, the products were spot on and the advice from the team was second to none. I would highly recommend it, I was unsure as a first timer, but I was reassured and advised accordingly. Unreal service!

As a novice I was completely new to the whole process of using and installing the cladding, I was recommended by a friend and I’m overjoyed I was. From the initial advice, quote and point of sale the guys were really helpful in describing the products and advising the best methods. Now I have got this job done and my customer is over the moon, I can’t wait to complete more projects in the future!

Do not use this company , they have no customer service skills and have very poor communication skills.
