We have nothing but great things to say about Claremont Finesse. They have always been professional, extremely helpful and we cant recommend them highly enough. They have just finished building our house and if there were any issues they were sorted quickly and efficiently. we think you should always judge a company on how they behave when things arent quite as smooth as you would like. Happy to provide references if needed.
Be very careful. My family sold some land to this company for development, and initially received all manner of friendly promises of collaboration. They subsequently - in our opinion - breached the contract and numerous promises. Their subcontractors engaged in reckless behaviour which led to a major fire on the site. Ensure you have a very, very good lawyer and a water-tight agreement.
