Given the extent of the damage, I was worried it would be a long process to restore my home, but their team worked incredibly fast and efficiently. They arrived promptly with all the necessary equipment and immediately got to work. My home was left spotless, and they paid close attention to every water-damaged area, preventing any lingering issues like mold growth.

Arrived on time , (early in fact ) very friendly and professional guys that turned up to clean out drains at front and rear of my property , I would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend, it’s a big thumbs up from me and will recommend highly .

Could not recommend CleanseForce Uk enough. The team are always incredibly professional when carrying out vehicle cleans and can always rely on them to clean up emergency road side spillages. Easy 5 stars!

Very efficient quoting, and flexible booking. There was a mix up in the booking date and Steve was the first to offer a refund, I had no hesitation to reject this and continue with a new date as the customer service was excellent. Work carried out efficiently and as quoted with short time frame. No hesitation to recommend. I will be using again.

I hired Cleanse Force in April to address significant smoke damage in my flat, but their service was appalling. They failed to deliver on their promises, leaving visible smoke damage behind. Despite reaching out with complaints, I received no response. Shockingly, months later in November, they began sending me threatening emails demanding payment. This experience has been deeply upsetting, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.

After my brother unexpectedly passed away I had to get his flat biologically cleaned and some furniture suitably disposed of. Not a big job, but an unpleasant one. I got quotes from a few places and they gave the fairest price. One well known company (rhymes with send a bill) had a "sales person" call me and quoted double what I paid. Death is an expensive business I've found, but some companies are taking the micky hoping people won't ring around in their hour of need. Steve and his team might be smaller than others but they did the job well and did everything I needed for a fair price. I hope not to need them again anytime soon but if I do I'll certainly call them first. I'm grateful for them doing the job which I wasn't able to.

Reached out end of Aug. Finally got a reply mid Sept. I replied, then had to send a reminder email, to be told by "steve" they were sorting a quote, despite a few reminder emails of the urgency, nothing. I wish I had seen this trust pilot before reaching out.

USE EMERGENCY CLEAN UK. They were astounding, above and beyond and from first contact to finished job, 1 week. Expensive but worth every £, and they will work within a budget if reasonable. They did for me. They saved my life!

After paying a deposit (50% of the whole fee) Cleansforce cleaned the house. On inspection the result was terrible with many things not cleaned. We sent photos of the dirt all around the house and got no reply. Examples of what was not cleaned properly. Floor, light switches, skirting boards, toilets, radiators..... etc.We sent two more reminders to finish the job. No reply. We ended up having to hire another company.
The next communication was a final demand for the final 50% and a threat of bailiffs.

So I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

My showroom and offices where left in a terrible state when ironically the fridge in the staff kitchen caught fire.

It was covered in soot, dust and all the rest of the mucky stuff floor to ceiling.

Made the initial call to get quotes of various companies and chose to go with cleanseforce uk. The job took 9 days to complete and all the guys we met on a daily basis were kind and understanding at the implications it caused the business and assured us it would be taken care of.

The job was completely impossible to carry out in my eyes but they completed this to such a high standard I'm just over the moon.

On the last day we treated the guys to some well earned lunch for their dedication in getting this done for us.

I had pigeons invade my balcony and I contacted Cleanseforceuk. They did an excellent job. They treated the whole area with the right chemicals and then they put bird free repellent and this has kept the pigeons away. Job well done 👍🏿. One happy customer 🤗
