Great experience
The process was simple and the glasses are great. Being able to Upload the prescription and choose the look online via camera was easy and the final product is excellent, for a fraction of the price I spent on my other glasses in-store. Delivery was super fast!

Clearly is a great company to order from! I ordered contact lenses and when my order was delayed, I contacted clearly and I received the most detailed and thoughtful response I've probably ever received from customer service. When my contacts arrived at their facility, they shipped and arrived to me very quickly afterwards and arrived just as I ordered.

I have been reaching out to clearly for help at least six times now requesting assistance with password reset I am not getting the password reset emails when I request them on the website when I have reached out to the Hope centre via email my emails get bounced back to me. This very well may be my last order ever from this company for this reason.

I got told two different dates of when…
I got told two different dates of when it’s gonna ship. Didn’t know you got told unlikely delivery date. I work for Amazon fulfilment so I know a little bit of how logistics work. He said they’ll refund my shipping if it’s delayed, but I would’ve rather have them just sell my order and time without delays or even earlier if it takes that long to process an order for reading glasses and I’m not quite sure if I’m gonna use them again.
