Clockwork Removals and Storage - South London Reviews 

We had a quick turn around on our completion an house move. I contacted Josh at Clockwork and they were able to accommodate all my needs in a relatively short space of time (a few days). I did a short walkthrough of our home on a video call and got a quote within an hour. After accepting it, everything went very smoothly. On moving day the removal guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. Nothing was damaged in the move at all (although we did box a pack ourselves), but the guys were very attentive to what was marked as fragile. We were able to leave the house and grab a coffee whilst they dismantled beds and packed up etc. There was a short delay between having everything packed and us receiving keys - but that was no trouble for the guys. The other end they unloaded quickly and re-assembled everything we asked them to in the correct rooms. The only small issue was that they forgot the plastic sheets to cover the carpet in the house we were moving from, so left a bit of mud and dirt on the carpet. I raised this with the office that evening and they made contact with the new owners in order to get the carpet cleaned, and were very apologetic. This was sorted within days. Overall would highly recommend.

Josh & Kylie were so helpful, clear (and calm) in the lead up to the move, I felt they were very professional and reassuring, having everything covered.
Kiska & John turned up and made the removal and delivery a stress free time. Very polite and careful, great guys.

We had a great experience again with Clockwork. James assessed and managed the job brilliantly from start to finish. Josh, Kylie, and Allan helped with the move and did an excellent job—efficient, careful, and friendly throughout. This was the second time we’ve used the company, as they did a great job previously as well. Pricing was fair with no hidden costs, which we really appreciated. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Pre-packing the day before moving was really great! Really careful yet efficient.
On the day moving was really good too, however a two pieces of furniture were broken and I feel one of those was avoidable the other perhaps just unlucky - main electronics were very safe though.

I think a confirmation text/email a day or so before the move would add to the assurance of the experience.

Unprofessional and careless. I used Clockwork for a 2-part move within London this summer and regret not going with any other removals company. This list of errors is practically endless. They delivered items to the wrong location, damaged my furniture, lost a box and claimed zero liability unless you take their exorbitant additional insurance. Scuffs on my walls, grease on carpets... I have moved multiple times, including internationally, and have never had such poor service. I wish I had gone with any other service. Avoid this company!

You were amazing! From the help I had when I first called, to the wonderful team led by Adrian who packed and moved us. They did such a great job- everything was packed and moved very carefully, and the men were such nice people- really keen to help, really hard-working and so polite and kind. I would 100% recommend Clockwork!

Overall it was a very smooth move. Someone came around to assess what was moving and advise on two people and a Luton van.
On the day itself the van turned up nice and early and pretty much eveything was loaded in about two hours. Then once I had the keys to my new house the unloading took an hour or so. I was very happy with the entire process and service from Clockwork Removals.

Team were excellent when picking up and I reported accordingly to management at the time. However, upon re delivery they were atrocious and careless. Many items of furniture were carried from van to residence with no protection and were badly scored and damaged. The major damage to dining furniture has had to be stripped, resurfaced and French polished. The doors had fallen off on turning on its side and were clearly forced back with a thump. This has broken the wheels that slide doors open. They sent a man to fix, one week later, but he glued the wheels which fell off a few days later. Parchment Lampshade holed in four places. Worst was seven prewrapped large pieces of a very expensive wall unit with bookshelves, leather bound doors, and tv holder were missing. Management notified and the follow up nonexistent. Have to now issue County Court proceedings for recovery of over £25k. They have no Directors or senior management. I was obliged to deal with a manager who asked me for sympathy as she had a baby daughter very sick in hospital. Eventually another person claimed to be a manager and failed to respond when given three days in which to find the missing pre-wrapped furniture. ADDENDUM FOLLOWING REPLY:-
Apologies are of no use. What about the missing pre-wrapped seven packages from bookcase. They have been lost or stolen. You take it very lightly but I see this as theft and should be reported. I assume your Insurance is going to pay for the complete new bookcase...the damaged Sideboard doors you attempted to repair will require a new Sideboard.

I can highly recommend Clockwork - we had a difficult office move - as architects we had lots of heavy samples and files to move and there were many stairs
Clockwork moving team were amazing - courteous, efficient, accomadating, neat and tidy and just well marvellous. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked without stop! and made good time
I cannot praise them enough - sitting here in out new office with all our stuff successfully moved with nothing broken or damaged in any way. Whatever the cost - these boys are worth evey penny.

The Clockwork Removals teams made the trauma of moving as easy possible.

I have been in the property industry for nearly 50 years and been involved with thousands of people moving home and this removal company has to be up there at the top for, professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, helpfulness, timing and trust. Well done and thank you Clockworks!!

Thank you to Art and his team for making the move go smoothly and making it fun from rectory farm to London. They were all very kind, helpful and professional at their jobs and with my family. There was a lot of laughter while packing and unpacking!
