Consistently professional in everything they did, never pushy, and always quick to respond to any queries. We really could not fault them in any way and feel very glad we used them. They also recommended an extremely professional conveyancer. The two people coordinated the process diligently and speedily which helped to make the whole experience stress free. I've been with Cluttons for just over a year, and they have always been very responsive whenever I reached out and always willing to find a way to make things work. Ever since I began renting at our current property, they have continually been putting in work to upkeep the property and make repairs.

I have used Cluttons(Tower Bridge office)’ service when I was looking for and moving in to a flat in London and it was so pleasant and reliable. The agent Bhavika and Brooke were incredibly professional, thoughtful and caring from the viewing, contract singing, move-in process to post contract. Due to my personal situations, things got tricky and in tight schedule, but they were throughout the time kind, and took care of everything so thoughtfully. I got surprised for several times how thoughtful and professional they are seeing things by putting themselves in my shoes, catching and reminding me of all important things for me, trying to resolve any issues I had and always being reached promptly. One of the big reasons I have decided to move in to the flat is literally because they are the agency for this flat, whom I can trust and rely on.
