Faulty Product - 5 weeks for refund
The competitive prices are no consolation for such a terrible aftersales service.
I ordered a coffee machine for a Father’s Day gift. Once received it was set up and found to have a slow leak before it was used. Contacted customer services and to cut a long story short it took from 26th June to 31st July to get a refund. I had to email and call several times a week to keep the return request moving wasting hours and hours. I was made to supply photos and videos of the fault before they would even consider a refund and when supplied, they lost them and asked me to resubmit. Even then it was weeks before I saw the £135 back in my account.
I try to order from smaller companies when I can but the £10 price difference does not compensate such a ridiculous returns service.
Safe to say I won’t be using them again!

Quick delivery and as described, very happy. The only minus is the continental plug - it comes with an adapter but this makes the plug a bit bulky.

Good support, but way too many issues with products
Pros:
- Support responds quickly and are reasonable.
Cons:
- Purchased a coffee machine, which came with some issues. I’ve been told to fix it myself, which worked, although far from an ideal experience
- Purchased a toaster: came with an EU plug. Although there was a small note on the website, in my opinion it doesn’t make sense to sell in the UK products with an EU plug - you would never imagine it would come with such plug.

Fast delivery and love the kettle
Fast delivery and love the kettle, one issue the kettle I ordered had a wooden handle but the one that arrived didn't. So technically not the one I purchased even though I love it.
